Upcoming surgery

I will have the first of potentially five surgeries this Friday. The goal is to raise the indentation to the same level as the rest of the skin. The doctor will use derma matrix and a small skin graft over it. Will wait till that heals and repeat Until it gets to the same level.
I am pretty nervous about it given the results of the last surgery that was supposed to be easy. This doctor is a different doctor and I interviewed multiple doctors, including the ones y’all suggested, and this one made the most sense. If this doesn’t work, I can always deploy it which was the solution of the other four doctors. Once that’s done there’s nothing else that can be done to make it different/better. So at least I have one option before that. I’m posting a couple of pictures so y’all can see before and after. These are the before. Soft and hard.

I’d considered just leaving it and then I did an experiment. I posted the pictures on a hook up site after I made contact with multiple guys 15 to be exact. Three said no way that they would touch it. The other 12 said it wouldn’t bother them and then wondered what happened to it. Then it came down to "come on over. .." And suddenly all 12 of them either ghosted me, blocked me, or we’re kind enough to say actually it would bother me. So 100% rejection rate out of 15 people. That helped me make my decision about the surgery.
It’ll happen Friday morning, he said I should be able to go to work on Monday. I just sit… I’m at Therapist. And if it’s still painful, which I doubt given the Loss of sensitivity that I have and the other didn’t hurt either and it was awful. I think I’ll be fine. I don’t want to jeopardize the graft though so I can do sessions from home virtually sans pants...

for those who aren’t aware, I had filler done and it was not done properly, and I was told it could be dissolved, which turned out not to be true. I filed a complaint with Texas medical board against Dr. Dellinger and I’ll be filing a complaint against Dr Kansas for the awful surgery results. The surgery was January 10 and I’m just now to this point. I cannot feel much of my penis from the constricted area to the base, 98% of the time I can’t “finish “masturbating or having sex, but no one will touch it so there’s that. I’ve had 19 orgasms this year. That used to be a 2 1/2 week period for me.

Surgery went well today.
If you look back at the pictures, I’ve posted you can see the constricted area that he was repairing. He said he cleaned out the sides and straight down. He went 1 cm down and 4 cm across and put in Aladerm on the bottom and had to stitch/glue to keep it in place. He said he did not see any sign of vascular disturbance that would cause an necrosis. That was my main concern since that’s what caused the constriction.
After the debacle in January, I’ve had pain when ejaculating all the way down from that constricted area to the prostate. He’s the only doctor, and I consulted with five and had the previous urologist know about this, he’s the only one who said oh this sounds like a pelvic floor issue. I’ll send you to a PT who specializes in pelvic floor exercises and that should take care of it. Why has no one else mentioned this as a solution?? They’ve all just shrugged and said it’s probably related to the construction

I’ve really lost a lot of faith in the medical community over the last couple years related to this and I’m hoping this works out well so I can build some faith again with this doctor

I have always been a strong proponent of kegels to solve many penile issues. I'm surprised you never seen that, but now you know and can start to take part in doing keggles.

I praise the lord for your success in this surgery and if you can't have faith in the medical community, have faith in Christ, who can heal all.
