@kyrpa , what do you think would be the ultimate consensus for a US machine? definitely one with 3Mhz capabilities in order to heat faster and attack tissues closer to the surface, or just a 1Mhz with a rice sock, heating pad or IR light? I know at some point it was proposed two 1Mhz machines running at the same time as the best scenario but it is my perception that the theory was impractical.

Well, I am still researching. Currently there are 2 options. First, eBay. If you search for ultrasound machine, you will find a few with 3Mhz capabilities for around $200. BUT, they are all made in India, and there have been reports of those machines being inconsistent in power output. Without discrediting products from India, I am waiting for more feedback on these machines in order to buy one of those.

Second option, you can go for a sure shot buying the soundcare plus Ultrasound, but it runs around $800.

So thats the situation right now. Alternatively, you can search maybe craiglist or other places for a medical grade used one.

Do you have a link of the $800 device ? I might go for that one then.... I want the best quality.

That is an Indian one. How long have you had it? I know is almost impossible to get into measuring output but do you feel like it is doing what is supposed to do as far as heating at 1Mhz and 3Mhz?
I am more worried about the reliability of the equipment more than the transducers although I agree with you, it would be nice to have different size options.

Yep, it is an Indian model and I agree, not probably the highest quality but what are we talking, at worst case it is 3 MHz plus/minus 10% instead of plus/minus 3%?
So 3.3-2.7 MHz instead of 3.09-2.91 MHz?
For heating purposes, it works great and although unlike Kyrpa, I am not about to stick a probed up there to take a temperature reading, I have learned how hot it should be.
(Took me almost 4 weeks to increase intensity from 1.2 to 1.9)
I monitor my post workout BPFSL and consistently get readings of plus 2 to plus 3mm longer then my normal BPFSL, so it is heating things up.

All that said tho, when I purchased this unit, I had no idea if I would actually use it and if I threw away a $225 PE tool... well to be honest, it wouldn’t be the first time.

I might end up getting one of those. That variation is not really critical for gains. The important thing is the temperature and I am pretty sure it does that.

Now, there are many warnings, many risks, many disclaimers. This is a medical/scientific procedure and IS NOT for everybody. Newbies and rookies will not benefit from this since it can easily develop severe Erectile Disfunction. This has been only proven to those who have reached a limiting factor related to tunica and septum and even dorsal nerve.

The reason for the potential ED in a newbie is directly related to the TGC theory.
Long story short, when your internal structures of the penis such as CC's are well developed, they press harder against the tunica creating a solid strong erection. On the other hand, if your tunica is very well developed and your CC's are behind, they will not have enough strength to press against the tunica, causing a weak erection that subsides easily.

In the case of the US, it is intended for all those who have achieved maximum gains in terms of tunica and girth. As years have gone by, we have discovered that girth is easier to achieve than length. In other words, it is easier to expand the CC's than the tunica. Therefore, somebody who has maximized gains and reached the ultimate limiting factor being the Septum, should have rock hard erections.

When the US therapy enlarge the septum and tunica, you are creating that gap between the CC's and tunica, risking the quality of erection. In an individual that has reached the septum dead end and maximum potential of internal CC's, this effect will not be significant. But for somebody that is starting in PE and his CC's have not been well developed, this rapid gain in tunica size could create a gap between tunica and CC's that will translate into a significant decrease of erection quality, and will not be reversed until that person develop his CC's if he knows how to, if he has experience to know what works for him, if he is disciplined enough and rational to control the situation and create a plan rather than reacting emotionally and rely o drugs to attempt to fix something caused by lack of knowledge.

As Mike mentioned, there is no intensity specified there. Most probably are very low in intensity intended to use for facial cosmetic purposes.
Also, stay away from cheap products sold on alibaba or aliexpress or any of those sites selling chinese junk. Almost absolutely everything made in china is complete garbage and I would avoid it at all costs. It is different when an american or european manufacturer builds in china and even so I would be careful about it (Shame on american companies manufacturing in communist china)

Mike's equipment has been reviewed to be very reliable

I decided to go with Kyrpa's equipment not because it is the best one, but because I intent to replicate his results while tweaking a few things here and there in order to improve the process.

No, this is completely different from gainswave. It works in a different way and it is intended for a different purpose.
Quite frankly, if this US therapy existed available in clinics, it would be perhaps 3 times the cost of gainswave.

Also, we are looking into the possibility to acquire an ESWT equipment to incorporate as a therapy to use after each US cycle to help bring up the other structures in growth behind tunicae and septum. In conjunction with my own chemical girth protocol I am very optimistic that I could finally reach one foot of length and as much girth as possible, but not beyond 8". I would personally go for unlimited length, but anything beyond 8" of girth would be almost impossible to penetrate.

Forgot to add, the only reason why we are not currently incorporating ESWT is due to cost of equipment. This technology is rather new and those machines still run in the upper 100's, closer to 1k in price.

Currently in a long time decon break since I stopped growing a long time ago. I could keep growing in girth, but it will only pronounce the curve even more. Soon will start US therapy.

It has been already detailed in specific chemical PE threads, but basically consisted in PGE-1 induced erection for 2 hours in a traction device plus 1 hour of pumping while still erect plus 4 hours of PGE-1 erection over night while asleep.

There are several warnings involved, PGE-1 is an extremely potent chemical that can easily produce priapism.

It has a pulsed waveform which renders it useless for our purpose. You need continuous mode for this therapy.

Also, if it is made in china made by a chinese company sold cheap, I would stay away from it, unless you have access to a science lab where you can bench test all the frequencies and sound waves coming out of it.
