Twice a day

I'm pretty new to jelqing and was just wondering if it's just as effective to split my workout into two instead of one long one. I am a bit worried that I wont have time to heal if I'm doing two workouts a day even though their each half workouts. Any advice would be awesome.
 
You will get a better workout doing in one I think but also no reason you couldn't just do a full set again later as long as your conditioned to it. If your doin one morning and one afternoon your dick has plenty of time to heal .

In my opinion, split the session into two is better than doing it all in one session. Training in the form of superset is much preferable. One session in the morning and then other later in the day.
