Turkey neck and what to do

Whats up, hope everyone is doing alright. A recent concern ive had is my turkey neck which is pretty big. I think it also caused my downward curved penis because they cut it too tight hence the skin being shorter and tighter on the underside of my penis. Im already around 8”-8.5” bpfel and i want to see how i can reduce it without surgery so when im using the lengthmaster over time and doing SRT it doesnt continue to be pulled foward with the growth in length of my penis. Im also going to be adding pictures for the first time

Hey Brother! Well, you aren’t the only one “blessed” with the dreaded Turkey neck!!! I too (as you can see from some of my pics and posts) have that deal happening as well. It’s not a deal breaker at all. What I concentrate on are ball and lig stretches after my 10 minute warm up or warm down. Grabbing my penis just below glans (never grab and use your head -(glans) and another ok styled grip to grab and secure my balls together. Gently pulling the balls downward and the shaft away. Mostly in and upward angle pull, but sometimes with the penis angled up right, left etc. Another HUGE deal especially when pumping, is to keep the Turkey neck pushed away from the base of the cylinders. Pump up and keep the excess Turkey neck out of the sleeve when doing a sesh. I also do this when performing Jelqs as well. Same concept as the ball and lig stretch with whatever hand chosen for the shaft, the other is utilized to push back the Turkey neck and use the other for the deep grip into the base almost feeling like I am grabbing to suspensory ligament deep in the base and then jelq accordingly. One of the issues I also have, and what I can see in your pic, is the excessive area of what I call encapsulated fat pad around the top base. I’m working on the weight shedding aspect to get rid of the fat pad, BUT it would seem that in all honesty, if I could have a surgery (That WOULDN’T F&@K anything up) I’d probably have another 2 inches of cock.
