I'm not afraid of the foreplay, just looking for any advice on how I can support her. She knows she wants full intercourse, shes just struggling to loosen up and working through the discomfort after not much intercourse over the last year.

I got not issues pulling and stretching my junk, just didnt know if there is any recommendations for women on things they can do on their own to "grow" alongside those of us who are improving our sizes.

There has been some, but not often.

My issues with alcohol came to a head last year, and although I've now been sober since last August, I had and still am working on rebuilding trust.

Separate from that, my wife has been experiencing severe bouts of vertigo which cause her to have to have almost no motion or movement. This started last summer as well.

She has been on different medications for both the vertigo and now weight loss from adding unwanted weight do to being unable to be as active. The meds she is on now kills her libido and also has a side effect of sexual discomfort.

When she does want to have sex, it causes her discomfort and I think it's a combo of the above.
