for adults its not confirmed but it might work

If you're talking about adolescents or males during their development stages between the ages of 11 and 21, yes, the T-gel will work very well. For adults, there are prescription T-gels that will work just as well. Doctors prescribe testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) in forms of gel, cream, pill, and injection. Higher concentration cream and gels, through absorption, tends to only have around 50% or less. This is why pills and injections are recommended for higher efficacy instead. Localized injection is much more preferred for PE over the systemic use of a pill.

If you're looking to gain length or girth through creams and gels, that won't work unless you trigger a second growth phase first. When you experience good growths during PE routines, applying T-gel or cream will get things rolling with greater benefits than without.
