for adults its not confirmed but it might work

i would like to ask if anyone gained anything permanently not for short period only by using testosterone gel or cream

even with extending device or without

If you're talking about adolescents or males during their development stages between the ages of 11 and 21, yes, the T-gel will work very well. For adults, there are prescription T-gels that will work just as well. Doctors prescribe testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) in forms of gel, cream, pill, and injection. Higher concentration cream and gels, through absorption, tends to only have around 50% or less. This is why pills and injections are recommended for higher efficacy instead. Localized injection is much more preferred for PE over the systemic use of a pill.

If you're looking to gain length or girth through creams and gels, that won't work unless you trigger a second growth phase first. When you experience good growths during PE routines, applying T-gel or cream will get things rolling with greater benefits than without. But the TRT will not work for everyone, especially those with already optimal testosterone levels in their system.

Yes, the topical gel or cream used after each lengthening routines. For example:

In the morning, afternoon, or night, you use your hands to manually perform lengthening excerises, adding in the rotation or twist to your penis to break the tissues laterally. Using the extender or stretcher, you stretch the penis for hours on end. At this point, you have an option to use the cream while you're stretching, or when you finished everything and do the post-stretching routines. Post stretching routine is keeping your penis elongated using a wrap, a penis sleeve that has a rigid wall, or tape to create rigid walls around the penis while the penis remains elongated as long as possible. Cream and gel can be applied under the wrap, sleeve, or tape, as long as you don't remove the materials before the gel or cream gets a chance to deliver the components beneath the skin. You can wrap up after the gel or cream is dry, which is around 40 to 60 minutes.

This is no longer a theory. It's actually proven and recommended since as far back as early 2000s. This is based on the proven and published articles from urology and medical sciences about minimal and maximal traction load. Wrapping or using sleeves considered to be minimal, roughly around 600g of traction. This is the initial point of tissue growth under traction tension.

I explained above, but the same time, a few have reported using T-cream and T-gel for PE. As explained, it's mainly after a routine to boost the T-levels up. The growth must come first before the T-levels can help the growth along.
