Too much zinc in male extra?

This is a quick post but I just read 150 mg of zinc on my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]male extra[/words] pack per serving that came with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words]. I'm almost half way done and no noticable side effects. Yet isn't this too much as in toxic? Thanks!

I wouldnt worry about it, you need to be having probably in excess of 9-10,000mg of the stuff a day for it to have negative effects, and theres no way there 10g of Zinc in [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]MaleExtra[/words] right?

I once overdosed on Vitamin C, having 15,000mg a day for 4 days straight and i was in my bed for 2 days after with terrible stomach cramps lol!

Not nearly enough to cause anything negative in a normal male, as a matter of fact it is there to increase sperm. I always suggest reading all the ingredients on any supplement before taking it as some people may have different nutritional issues.
