I didn't find any other threads similar to this so i am making a new one, if thats okay. Never mind, for the last couple of weeks I've done PE consistently and with very high intensity. I've made some REALLY good gains(which i will post in my progress thread later). The problem is that my penis now has alot of bruises and red marks, it looks kind of beaten up. Sometimes the skin at the base of the penis even hurts a little when i take my clothes off. I think this is because the high intensity I have in my exercises and it seems to get worse over time. Do you guys think I should crank down the intensity or keep it at same? For both health and gain perspective?
