Tongkat Ali and DHEA

Hey, anyone know whether Tongkat Ali can be bought in stores? (GNC etc)

Secondly, I've been taking DHEA 25 mgs twice a day and haven't noticed anything different? Is this stuff supposed to be strong? Has anyone had success with it?

If you do find some it's probably junk compared to what you can get online.

I buy the 35 gram bags and make my own pills. I take tongkat when I'm working out a lot. For working out I take 5 grams per day. That's about 12-13 pills per day. If you just want to bump your libido I'd start with 2-3 pills per day. If you don't feel a change after a week or two than double your dose. Make sure you give your body a chance to get results. You probably won't feel anything for a few days. It's an herb not a drug. Don't forget to take breaks too. You can do 2 days on and 1 off or 5 on and 3 off. I generally do 2 weeks on and 1 off. I've also done 1 month on and 2 off.
