What I'm noticing is I'm making gains in flaccid length much faster than erect.
A few theories and a few fixes.
For starters, I started taking finasteride a few months back. And it wrecked my sex drive.
I encourage all brothers to never touch that shit if you can help it. I'm in my mid 20s so I wasn't ready to lose my hair. But it fucked with my erection quality for over a month and I'm finally feeling back to normal.
With that being said. I still did length routines almost daily. Maybe 2-3 days off a month (not intentionally).
But my EQ was so poor I could barely do girth work.
So how do I fix this?
First, stop taking finasteride. Id rather be bald with a big dick that works than have a head of hair but can't use my dick cause the drug screws with my libido so much.
Second, since my EQ is back to normal now I'll do DLD hard-core bathmate stretches in the mityvac 3-5 times a week.
I need to close the gap on my BPFL and BPEL and I think this is the best way to do it.
I think EQ is king when it comes to making gains and keeping them.
Comes back to the old saying if you don't use it you lose it!

I'm pretty much doing exactly the same, 10 to 15 minutes in front of the Red/NiR to get everything pliable & a little fan heater to keep my bathroom warm (it's winter in Australia) while I do my stretching with the LengthMaster, only way to go if you can.

Since I have quite the experience with manual stretching, only once I was able to get a decent wrapping and grip with the LM and feel something I haven’t felt with hands or my penimaster which I tiff and it feels good.
I’m talking I felt my inner dick being stretch like never before, it was kinda painful but it felt good, I had stop thoughcause the pressure of the thug was being placed in my glans, to the point that it was hurting so much more than the stretch itself.

It wasn't me who made the wrapping technique video but I do utilize wrapping techniques made from other members.
What works for me is putting some baby powder on my dick. Then wrapping the thera band around mid shaft. Then wrapping the athletic tape (beige color) 8 times around.
Thats all I do then tighten it as much as I can. Wait about 10 seconds once I think I'm all the way tight. Relax, then tighten again.
Little tip next time your on your extender (suction extender) get erected and stretch there haha.Flaccid stretch comes Bellmore erect length. That gap is normal abd a map to your next realized size. Erect Stretching is the best way to close the gap

I know dld talks about how length and girth compliment eachother.
If you gain length you'll gain some girth and vice versa.
I've noticed when I do my bundled stretches in the LM my flaccid girth (and length obviously) is noticeably bigger than before starting.
I didnt notice this the first few months but now I do.
Maybe its because its the summer so its warmer, the fact that my tunica is getting the shit beat out of it on a daily basis, etc.
Just a cool thing I noticed of how everything is tying together and makes more sense to me the more sessions I get under my belt.

Fatigue is worth the eq issues as they are temporary while gains are permanentOk so being consistent is paying off.
Currently chilling in my SS after my first session this morning and my ligs are so fatigued.
Which is good! Like @DLD says the only negative you'll get to intense stretching routine is lower EQ.
Which is ok right now for me. I get it will take time for my body to realize this is what's happening and to adjust so for the time being I'm enjoying stretching the ligs and actually feeling it happen.
Gives much more incentive to keep going when you can actually feel what you're doing is working.
