You can certainly gain, and gain well by hands only training.

Equipment enables either a different tac, more effective way, or provides additional force.

Just look at the DLD 'A' stretch blasters
 
The newbie routine with some modifications can be a formidable manual routine. Adding in some of the cues from SRT‘s healing and gaining perspectives.

FG is 4.5

What's your age and body weight? Need to get that unit strong bro. Flacid length x girth is cool, but length x girth x hardness is the ultimate pleasure.
 
The newbie routine is a great place to begin and as I said if you want to increase the intensity let me know and I can help you add more exercise or different exercises.
 
Was off but back two weeks ago. I do bundled stretches twice a day and in all 12 directions, up, down, behind cheeks, sideways, sideways up/down... Etc. Each direction lasts for 1minute.
What would this do for me? Any modifications or suggestions?

Good to see you back, biggest thing in PE is commitment and dedication, believe me it can be hard. I'd review the SRT and newbie guide again and look to introduce some more stretching, Jelqs and kegals for starters, looking at adding any devices?
 
Training twice today was a real help for me before there was equipment. I believe the extra work is what made all the difference in how fast I gained.

I attended a sex party recently and I didn't feel good. many guys got it huge and my just so small. I felt so discouraged and I think if I'm more girthy, it would suffice.
I've been reading people's progress log to get back my motivation and I see many with fast gains used equipments.

Your 7 x5 which ain't a bad size and above average my friend
 
Decided to measure flaccid strech and saw a few gains. I also noticed the skin around my penis has grown and i now have problems with proper grip.

I've not been consistent, due to privacy issues
I'm trying to change routine to focus on length in d morning with stretch in all 12 directions and A, V strect for 2mins each and girth at night with SSJ and Jelq for 30min.. What do you see to that?
 
There's a plant called Kigelia africana, I'm researching on it.. Here in Africa, folklore has it that it's used for increasing girth. I don't like my 4.5 girth at all. It made my 6inches looks small

Sí, por supuesto, hermano, puedes hacer la rutina de los principiantes que prácticamente el Jelqing es el ejercicio principal cuando comienzas en esto y es con las manos
 
So, I notice that my flaccid is heavier. I discovered what I really need is girth but I wouldn't mind having both.

You do not have to be rich to start and there’s plenty of things you can do with your hands to get to that size. No one should ever wait for equipment when he can use your hands in the meantime. And when you’re ready to get equipment make sure you check with me so you get exactly what you need and don’t spend more money than you have to.
 
So I'm new here and not new to PE but never knew it works.
now, I don't have money for the equipment, can using hands to stretch give me any increase in length?

I'm all hands,right now too my gains aren't great I'm away from my goal n my expectations but I have tried to stay consistent for the last 5 months still have one month before I measure again I'm sick of being 7 inches Bpel
