BPFSL is 7.0
NBPFSL is 6
FG is 4.56
BPFL 5
NBPFL is 4.5


couldn't measure erections having issue's with my erections.
i am doing the begginers routine with my hand. this is the starting measurement
Almost 1year. Wish I was consistent
 
There's a joke here that whites/westerners generally suck at Geography. An average African lad could know much more about your country than you do as a westerner.

I’m not so good with geography on a spinning globe but I understand geography on a flat surface LOL
 
I think I've added 0.5 inches. I refused to measure all these while but do some lazy ass PE.
I couldn't measure well before it went flaccid.

That’s why it’s so important to make definitive measurements before you start so you do not have to guess if you gained or not. A half inch gain is a huge celebration so I congratulate you but I highly recommend from this point forward keeping measurements on point.

I’m so happy to hear that. There are too many men that start these journeys with no idea of where they started from and then we second-guess themselves months later.
 
So I finally decided to measure today and be serious about it, I was able to see that my Flaccid Stretched Length has increased by 0.5 inches. From 7 to 7.5. I'm so encouraged and I've decided to double my efforts by doing 30mins workout twice a day.

Congratulations my brother I am very proud of you! I think I answered you on another thread already but just to reiterate it here so other brothers can understand. Converting that flaccid stretched to erect stretched is done most efficiently with erect stretching. I also like that you’re going to increase your workload, tag me when you have it worked out so I can check it out.

Alright thanks. Can I get a link to erect stretching exercise?
 
My routine:
I put my Flaccid in a very warm/hot bowl of water for 2mins and then bath.

Then do basic streches in the 12 directions, 2mins each.
Of the 12 directions , 5 are in bundle stretch (straight out, straight sides L and R, straight up and down, then under the butt cheeks)
I do A stretch 2mins.
I do V stretch 2mins.
That's what I do twice daily.
 
If I can have half an inch increase in girth, I would be satisfied.
My 4.5 girth is fucking making my 6 inches look small.
Edit : I'm 6.5inches, didn't measure well earlier
That said, I tried using a makeshift equipment to do length master, I didn't feel the stretch and I only felt pain. I feel manual is stronger than equipment.
Again, I will save towards a pump.

Gaining a half inche in girth can be very very quick using the 5×5×3. Consistency is king!
 
So I was able to have a full erection this midnight which I caught and quickly measured (I always go down once I get tape to measure hence the quickly) . I was shocked. I measured a bit above 6.5in BPEL with a tape rule.
So I've gained at least 0.5 inches.
I must get a solid ruler when day break and I will give you the correct reading when I measure again.
The girth remains same and that will make we start jelqing.

I wish to change my goal. When I set those goals a year ago, I had no much idea about size but now I know much about size and 8.5X6 is not something I want for myself, too big especially the girth. Infact a 5inch girth is more than ok.
I prefer 7.5 X 5.5 and that would be my new goal.

I want to create a new routine and I want you to assist me in vetting it. I would post the new routine after I'm done drafting but I started jelqing and I have a loads of questions.
Let me ask the jelqing questions first.
I've always been scared of jelqing so I shy away from fear of bursting my members.

1st question, in ssq, when I ? grip at the base and then another ? grip at the head under glans, I would have to bring both hands together? How much tension of grip should I use in sliding , should I allow a bit of blood /tissue to escape under my grip as I push both hands together or I make it so firm that nothing escape?
Again, I saw another method of jelqing where you hold tight with an ok ? grip at the base with a hand then you use the second hand to milk your member from the base to the glans without releasing the first hand grip. Is that one safe? That's the only method I was able to do successfully out of the 3.
The conventional jelq is hard as I keep pulling on my skin instead of the inner tissue because I have plenty skin on my skin and I keep loosing erection in the conventional jelq.
 
The SSJ is very easy basically you make an OK grip at the very very base and a grip right below the head. From here both hands come together causing expansion between the grips. You can manipulate that expansion by moving your hands about. I would suggest that you go to www.mattersofsize.com/access and go to the section and click on the video for the isolated compression squeeze and that will give you the perfect form as shown in this video. Before I named the SSJ it was called the isolated compression squeezes. Have a look and let me know if this has helped

Good job, you are on your way. I started about your starting measurement but with a bit less length and I can tell you getting to 7.5" x 5.5" is definitely doable.

1. 5 Mins warm up (insert penis in almost hot water)

2. Bundled stretch in all 12 directions, 3 minutes each

3. Warm down

Next day

1. 5 Mins warm

2. Bundled stretch (up, down, sides and straight out) 1 minute each

3. Expressive stretch, 2min

4. V stretch 2min

5. A strech 2 min

6. C stretch Left 2mins

7. C strech Right 2mins

8. Jelq 5min

9. SSJ 5mins

10. Clamp Jelq 5mins

11. Warm down

It is 7.5" x 5.5", been that way for several years now. Consistency with good exercises works, so be diligent to finish your routine, dont be fast to change it. Stick to whatever you have now but almost every gain I made came from newbie routine stretches, and different types of jelqing.
