So I finally decided to measure today and be serious about it, I was able to see that my Flaccid Stretched Length has increased by 0.5 inches. From 7 to 7.5. I'm so encouraged and I've decided to double my efforts by doing 30mins workout twice a day.

Converting that flaccid stretched to erect stretched is done most efficiently with erect stretching. My 4.5 girth is fucking making my 6 inches look small.
That said, I tried using a makeshift equipment to do length master, I didn't feel the stretch and I only felt pain. I feel manual is stronger than equipment.

I wish to change my goal. When I set those goals a year ago, I had no much idea about size but now I know much about size and 8.5X6 is not something I want for myself, too big especially the girth. Infact a 5inch girth is more than ok.
I prefer 7.5 X 5.5 and that would be my new goal.
I want to create a new routine and I want you to assist me in vetting it. I would post the new routine after I'm done drafting but I started jelqing and I have a loads of questions.Are you changing your routine or are you sticking with it?
OkkkkkThe SSJ is very easy basically you make an OK grip at the very very base and a grip right below the head. From here both hands come together causing expansion between the grips. You can manipulate that expansion by moving your hands about. I would suggest that you go to www.mattersofsize.com/access and go to the section and click on the video for the isolated compression squeeze and that will give you the perfect form as shown in this video. Before I named the SSJ it was called the isolated compression squeezes. Have a look and let me know if this has helped
