- *Get erect
- *Lay on your right or left side, knees bent @45 degree angle
- *Hold penis inside with your left calf and right calf
- *Squeeze both thighs together, hard as possibly you can
- *Try doing som k egels
- *Squeeze and the squeeze your right and left knees
- *As many quick 1 second squeezes
- *Hold squeeze 5 seconds or longer
