The spots on your dick

I don't really know if this goes here and I guess alot of people have these. They're these spots, look lite zits. I think they are glands of some kind? Usually on the underside of the penis. I have alot of these, how do you get rid of them? I've heard about creams or something?

Does anyone even know what I am talking about? rofl

This has come up in a couple threads and I guess you can freeze burn them off if you go see a doc.
someone made the point that they cause friction, giving pleasure to who evers pussy your jamming it into....
 
Do you have any links? I guess i'm just checking so they aren't harmful or anything, i'm too lazy to start bothering with freeze burning and such :s
 
I had these zit-like spots back in my teens. They worried me in those days, but disappeared over time. I never had them checked out. I don't think they're anything to worry about. They probably really are zits, of a sort.
 
I've got these too. I had them pre Penis Enlargement but they weren't very pronounced. After jelqing for only 3 weeks they became much larger. I don't care as long as my dick gets bigger. rofl

They sound like sebaceous glands that help keep the skin lubricated and are not a problem ...
Some men have large sebaceous glands around their glans penis and mistaken them for genital warts .
