I don't really know if this goes here and I guess alot of people have these. They're these spots, look lite zits. I think they are glands of some kind? Usually on the underside of the penis. I have alot of these, how do you get rid of them? I've heard about creams or something?

This has come up in a couple threads and I guess you can freeze burn them off if you go see a doc.

They sound like sebaceous glands that help keep the skin lubricated and are not a problem ...
Some men have large sebaceous glands around their glans penis and mistaken them for genital warts .

They're normal. Don't worry about them. I would think everyone has them to some degree.
