Whats the better position while doing jelquing to promote lenght gains , downward ?
If you were trying to length using the jelq you should be at no more than 30% and erect and that will help promote length but not to efficiently. The most efficient way to gain length is using the LengthMaster but if you do not have a one I suggest you concentrate on bundled stretches, basic stretches, erect stretches and expresses stretches. And in the hours you are not manually stretching I suggest you get an extender for this purpose.Yeah, but I think jelqing has the side effects of also creating girth, and thats something you dont want?
Me either that’s why I invented the slow squashed jelq.Not a fan of jelq
I bet most of your gains come from jelq DLD but i wont tell anyone
And what did you do for lenght back then , manual stretches ?
Im back to erect hanging , do think 1hour per day is enough till i get used it , can i do 30mins sets or should i stick to the 20mins standard
