I forgot all about this video. This was a long time ago but this exercise I’m doing what is the precursor to the SlowSquashJelq. This video gives great visual and audio explanation. It is really worth the watch

I've been doing it wrong all this while. Thanks for this video DLD. Now I know how to do this exercise. I suggest we bookmark this thread or make it a sticky

I’m glad we are video for these things so people can realize that form is very important. We have videos for almost every exercise and we have a ton of video on how to use the tools of course we have my YouTube channel.

This is something we used to charge $65 for that we opened to the public because we wanted to make sure people were doing exercises correctly. When some people are not gaining we need to say to ourselves what is the issue? In my opinion the issue is people have poor form and if they’re able to see video they can correct that and make the growth they desire.
 
It's actually incredibly cool that the paysite is open for free now.

3 years of PE and I'm learning now that I've been doing exercises wrong. Which is likely EXACTLY why I've not grown nearly as much as I should've in this time.

I was doing MASSIVELY long sets of P.E. with NO fatigue, now with the SRT routine I'm already experiencing fatigue like I've never felt before.

I have no doubt in my mind that I'm growing and these are the types of exercises that are MAKING it happen.
 
I wanted to do this for so long, years now. But I finally decided that it was more important that men knew how to do the exercises properly then selling a pay program. Today any men can learn about penis enlargement on video with extensive layouts of routines absolutely free.

Any where else to see this video, I’m having a hard time doing that exercise. Not sure how to do it correctly. Need help to figure it out. Thanks
 
Also the isolated compression squeeze is what the SSJ was called before I renamed it. If you go to www.mattersofsize.com/accessand go to the AV section you can download the isolated compression squeeze for free and see exactly how it’s done.
 
which one is the best ssj should I choose , isolated compression squeeze or slow squash ? Because I want to combine it with bathmate 5 mins pump then do ssj for 5 mins?

They are the same exercise. I originally called the SSJ isolated compression squeeze. I changed it a few years ago. So when you do the isolated compression squeeze you’re actually seeing the SSJ

have you heard of BFR (blood flow resticted)?
Cyclic Bending and Glans Pulsing?

Just tried these out for the first time in a long time today. Instantly blew up with spotting. Dick feels fine, just looks like a polka dot panic. This is normal right? Or am I just using too much force?

that’s a sign of a routine done well! Red spotting happens for about a month maybe, and usually goes away within a couple hours. It is absolutely nothing to worry about it happens to the best of us. But remember when it stops happening that doesn’t mean you’re not growing anymore it just means you become accustomed to the exercise. A quick way to speed the process is to do some deep tissue massage after you have trained

The Youtube link on the 1st page shows how it works. Isolation Compression Squeezes and SSJs are the same exercise. Unless I missed something?

I think the best thing to do is switch each method of SSJ during your session. Do both methods 3 reps each. 3 reps of isolation squeeze and 3 reps of SSJ. Making a total of 18 throughout the girth session.
