the best things you can take are a b complex, a zinc, a multivitamin, garlic oil, borage oil, and fish oil. if you can get the insurance to help, get prescription fish oil, it is supposed to be amazing, much better than store fish oil.

b vitamins help the strength and integrity of your veins.

also, seaweed helps veins and overall health too, but that is getting expensive.

get ginseng 4x from dr. lins site. It is $15 a bottle, and lasts for a month. I took it everyday, and 2 or 3 weeks later, I noticed some great effects. Dr. Lin is not all bad, as many people would think. I agree with a lot of his information. At least he doesn't go around trying to promote his stuff everywhere. His stuff is good, and that is why it stays at his site.

Also, his fibra is powerful. $17.

These are liquid formulas, and will definetely help. That is all I get from him.

thats a lot less than i paid for the pills i was suggesting. I posted in my other thread, I did not mean to spam or offend anyone, i removed it from my sig line, i aplologize if i offended anyone, i just thought it was a helpfull product and i wanted to help give what i got out of taking it. I am going to be changing my website soon, they dont sell so good, they worked pretty well for me, but i did not know that there were better products that may work better for less $$$. I aplologize if i offended anyone, and i would really like to remain a member here.

O believe me, I had no intention of purchasing his miracle growth or whatever he's selling, I just wanted him to explain what makes his pill any better than the thousands of penis pills already available.
