Hey, i'm new to the bodybuilding thread but i'm gonna make good use of it.
I'm 18 and am very developed for my age without supplementation.
Anyway..my bench max is around 340 lb and i'm tall with a 6 feet 6 inch reach
..
I have tendinitis right where my pecks tie into my delts.....like in the armpit sort of.
I have only met one other person with a tendon problem in this spot and it is taking a long time to heal....i have had it for about a year and have set my chest routine to only once a week.
Does anybody else have this problem in this area or any ideas besides ice and ibuprofen.
