Hi, I've been trying this technique, I don't know if it exists already, and I want you guys to tell me if this will benefit or do the opposite.

So, while on jelquing, you arouse to get a full erection, then grip a the base(just like when you are normally jelquing), with one hand and hold it there for like 10-15 seconds, then you do a good hard kegel and hold it again for 10-15 seconds, then you continue to the normal jelquing.

What do you think?

That sounds like your most basic Uli squeeze prior to your jelqing session. Actually working ULIs into a jelqing program is not a bad way to increase the intensity without going overboard on intensity. Keep working it that way and you should make solid progress.
 
but, to make it clear, I hold the grip for 10-15 seconds not just once, but like 4 times throught the jelq session.
