I’m going to be as transparent as I possibly can here and possibly give some hope to keep pushing and realize that YES, growth is possible.
First.
The most important (in my opinion) item to do first as well as last steps here is to warm up. I use an electric heating pad just hot enough not to burn. I use this each and every time I conduct PE sessions. 10 minutes for both warm up and warm down. The obvious reason for this have been explained and I don’t have to regurgitate them.
Second.
I utilize (and have been) Cialis at 5mg daily. This is MY personal usage and NOT a recommendation, but what I found is that Cialis takes about 5 full days of daily use to get that “loading” dose initiated. Yes, it does work fairly quickly on its own, but circulating levels of this is achieved in about a week. Now, understand this: I cycle this. Meaning I use it for 4 weeks and take a week or two break. This allows my body not to get de-sensitized to the Cialis. Just what I found to work for me. Of course, as we all know, the PDE5 inhibitors allow Nitric Oxide production to go nuts (pardon the pun) and vasodilation is key to our PE sessions. This can also be achieved, as I have heard, with L-Citruline at about 3g daily. I have also from time to time, supplemented with this as well. Seems to be a good synergy between the two.
Third.
I have ONLY incorporated light jelqing and stretches first and then gone into my @DLD SSJ’s. 5x5x3. It is CRITICAL to have a full rager erection before I slip into the MitiVac. I utilize 5-7 on my pressure and sometime cycle it up to 10 as my cock is used to the load. What I have also found interesting is intervals. Meaning; I go into the MitiVac, pump up to about 10, then back off. I am in there about 3 minutes max as this is my pressure limit. Then I come out of it, stroke for about 5 minutes and do the SSJ. It’s like a hybrid session if you will.
Fourth.
Warm down. 10 minutes as I discussed as outlined.
Fifth.
Hydration! I use a pinch of Celtic salt with each glass of water I drink. Helps to balance those electrolytes as well as get the H2O into the body more effectively. Hydration is critical.
Sixth.
Diet. I am doing a hybrid carnivore diet. 93/7 lean hamburger, eggs, lean chicken breast, sardines, steak and some veggies. Maybe a good Quinoa added for carbs.
Seventh.
Rest days. I take 1 rest day. Usually Sunday.
What I have seen, without bullshitting, is an EG at now 5.5”. Brothers, I started just over 4.5” as you would see when I first started this journey. So yes, it works.
