Supp Timing and Maxing Out BM...

Okay, I'm going to tell myself this is a good question to ask; even though it may be common sense and or easily Google-able, I'll start here with the vets or rookies who may have some insight... SO, when taking supplements, especially related to NO (nitric oxide) and PE expansion; do you benefit by taking them everyday and having them build up in your system OR, do you just use them as needed \ for when you're going to PE? (Or say exercise \ weight train?)

Second, it took some doing with a mirror my cell and some light, (also patience) but while using the X30 last week, I am happy to confirm that I'm about 99% sure I'm maxing out the inside girth wise. That 1% difference is only because I couldn't actually ask anyone to confirm, for obvious reasons. Now with that said however, I'm not maxing out the length of the X30, although I'm solidly above the 7 inch sticker ruler, which is nice of course! So having said all this, time for an upgrade?!
 
I've had experiences with L-Citrulline, taking it quite close to a BM session and having positive effects, as in stronger erection.
And that is without a big run of it prior to the session.
Most supplements do take their time to build up in your system and then to release when needed.
But I would see that L-Citrulline for example could be used as a per training supplement, not as an everyday item.

Congratulations on your gains! I'd probably try somekind of lubricant during your sessions, to see if you can push the length gains.
A sleeve or cockcage type solution could also help with length. Try those and Vacu-Vin mod first.

Good for you my Brother there’s nothing better than having to increase the size of your pump, what better evidence of growth than that?
 
@arkailija - Yeah you know, I'm gonna keep troubleshooting here and there, but I think I have luck with as needed, at least with the L-Cit and L-Arg... See it all relates to how spazzy I am with taking supps \ meds in general, where I probably don't take them long enough or enough dosage wise. Either way I think I'll go the as needed route.

And thank you, trust me it's nice for sure, but I'm still woefully plateaued more or less, so definitely looking to break free... And yeah, remember using the VV for the original BM but didn't have luck with the X30.

@doublelongdaddy - Ha, yes exactly! Like I said it took some doing to confirm, but once I could see clearly I'm pretty much maxing it out girth wise, and would LOVE for those gains to stick longer and more permanent!

See if that expansion girthwise now helps to place more stress on the length expansion inside the bathmate. For example, as it fills out, it'll need to stretch, so it can aid in length work.

They will stick and become even greater! It is all a game of bringing temporary gains long enough to make them permanent and then do the process over. Every time you stretch the Tunica beyond its normal size you are making a gain. These are small gains but they add up quickly. Also be sure to do Bundled Stretches before every workout for 5 minutes, this will pre-stretch the Tunica giving you more room to expand.

Yes they’re still relevant. Before any PE no matter what it is get five minutes of bundled stretches in and you’ll see expansion in elongation like never before while you will gain so much faster. The reason for this is the Tunica is extremely dense and bundled stretching loosens the Tunica in allows for more blood to be brought into the penis and also allows For easier stretching. Only five minutes are necessary go 2 1/2 minutes to the left and 2 1/2 minutes to the right and you’re golden.
 
@doublelongdaddy - Done and done! I'll do that before the X30 and my manuals. Now to be safe, as always, because sometimes I find too much information online... Simply grab and hold underneath of the glans and like you said, pull all the way to the left and then to the right for 2.5 minutes each? Thanks again!
 
One thing I've noticed is it's all about timing... I'll take three to four L-Cit supps and sometimes they'll help me hold a SSQ for ten plus minutes, and if I'm not in that right window I get half that or less! I know other factors come into play, but still find it interesting... Would really love to lock it down though:}!

If possible, between meals to relatively empty stomach would be my bet for best effect. Don't have too fatty foods or a heavy meal before a workout, afterwards just binge. ;-D No, not really, but certain supplements do work their magic better on emptier stomach, as in not much else to process than the supplement.

Personally I use Sildenafil from time to time and just let the pill dissolve under my tongue. The taste surely isn't great, but that way it's in my bloodstream faster than compared to swallowing it.

They taste nasty shit! I’ll chew them real quick and swallow them but melting on my tongue, I don’t think I could take that much! LOL

Yeah, I know. :-D I guess I'm a masochist in a way. During my life I've tasted things that have tasted worse than Sildenafil under my tongue. Certain drinks for example or certain supplements. I've even had some green juices etc., and my recall on those taste memories, blech!

Anyhow, chewing and swallowing is pretty good, as it'll be in smaller size when it hits and might dissolve faster. All in all, it's about the timing. If one has had a large fatty meal and then takes the pill, it won't act as fast. I think I've always taken my pill two-three hours after a meal and had something to eat hour to two later, depending on the time of the day of course.

My favorite part is the euphoria I feel about 15 minutes in. And I love how everything turns blue. I wish I had a handful right now LOL

That is a regular stretch for bundle you need to grab under the glans and twist the penis 2-3 times( more the better) and hold penis "bundled" as long as comfortable. Very good to loosen the tunica as dld said

@arkailija - Hmm, good points for sure; I don’t necessarily eat a lot, in general, but no doubt that could have something to do with it! Usually my manuals are a couple hours after dinner and before the gym. As for the Sildenafil, that’s just so much more than what I’m looking for at the moment, especially in wanting to take something essentially five to six times a week when I do manuals. (But I’m squirrely even taking supps!)

Either way yes, trust me I’ll need the luck!:}
