So, I have been doing some research about how to help support the actual growth. Besides the workouts and ADS, would'nt it be wonderful if there is something you can take to support the growth.
All of the stuff I have come across either doesn't seem to work or it's just some marketing bs, so the best answer to my question is probably here.
1. Would it be beneficial to apply a skin creme that promotes collagen production or cell growth? (Since this doesn't affect the penile tissue directly it won't really help promote size growth?)
2. Is there any substance that would help promote size gains. HGH? or other steroids or any other substance/extract at all?
3. The only real substance I came across in my research (and I know some people here do this) that helps promote growth is adding a low daily dose of sildenafil or tadalafil. Is this really the only substance out there that we can use for growth and why does this help? Is it worth doing?

Most substances are either herbal or snake oil that gives a lot of promises, but no delivery of results. There are plenty of synthetic chemicals tailored for growth, but every forced growth can generate uncertain outcomes. Great case scenario, light growth. Worst case scenario, cancers/tumors. Ultimate case scenario: death.

No. Skin cream/creme doesn't do anything. If you're planning on adding collagen at the topical level, such as facial, breasts, thighs, neck, stomach, sure, there's a 10% improvement after 90 days. Max improvement, around 40%. The brothers have tested over and over again, using delivery mechanisms. DMSO through skin, direct injection, and oral routes are the only method. Cream/creme, no.

2. Is there any substance that would help promote size gains. HGH? or other steroids or any other substance/extract at all?

Yes, it has been discussed, tested, and things came about using HGH (direct site injection), BPC 157, saizen, sermorelin, ipamorelin/CJC-1295, ibutamoren (MK-677), TB-500, nutropin, genotropin, humatrope, omnitrope, and many more. They are synthetic, required to be delivered directly to the localized area for growth, or systematically for a large area of growth, and uncertainties mount when they are used in combo. Why are there so many? Because not one will work for everyone.

Sildenafil and tadalafil are used for blood flow promotion. Yes, they used to add extra blood flow volume to maximize nutrient and oxygen delivery for cell repairs and cell duplication. L-citrulline with red light therapy does the same, more naturally, of course.

I've been told onions by a guy at a sex shop lecturing me about it when buying a penis pump I have no idea if it's true but he wouldn't back off about it. Also protein and fiber should help

Onion? Like putting onions on the bottom of of the feet when you have a cold approach? Yeah, not happening with PE. Not sure what compounds in onion, or species of onions, will make your penis grow.

He was saying they would help tissue growth and was also lecturing me about them for working out he said you should be supplementing with onions and went on idk what alls in onions but the sulphur alkaloids

It started with me driving 40 min away took an hour ish traffic because over the phone he said they had pumps between 1.75-2in I wanted length pump walked in and he showed me to the wall I was looking he started asking why I want one he said you and your girl I said no and explained workouts of it and length pumping he said he never heard of it and started saying you got to supplement with onions eat a lot of onions they cause muscle or tissue growth I ended up not buying any kuz all were 2.25in+ I don't think it's impossible ther s stuff in food that can cause tissue growth there prob is I'd think maybe the sulphur compounds in onions can do something to contribute idk he kept saying he ate tons of them he was decently buff guy but less than me

If you're talking about sulfur as a cellular growth promoter, yes, that's correct. Alkaloids, in general, promote cellular healing. Eating more onions, like eating more carrots, will improve cellular growth. However, you're talking about eating 20 to 40 full large onions a day. This is why supplements are higher concentration. Most onion has around 15 to 30mg of sulfur per large bulb. Some indicated up to 50mg. The recommended dietary dose per day for a human is anywhere from 10 to 13mg per kg per day. So, eating more onions? People will run away from you before you can get any benefits from the onions. This is why we encourage supplements to offset what you cannot consume through dietary intakes.

Rule of thumb on the cylinders, don't go higher that 0.5in in circumference at a time. Yes, it's a money sinker to have too many cylinders. If you're not worried about warped penis, such as a baseball shape or a Twizzler shape, because of pumping hotspots, you can go as high as 1 inch larger in circumference. Most cylinders are measured by diameter, not circumference. They tend to be in increments of 0.25in for the smaller sizes, and when you reach around 1.75in, it goes in increments of 0.25in diameter. That's around 0.78in in circumference. That's still tolerable. Most of us have cylinders from 1.5in, 1.65in, 1.75in, some lucky ones found 1.85in, 2in, and again lucky enough to find 2.15in, 2.25in, and 2.5in. The reason for so many cylinders is that we want our penis to have a proper, uniform shape, and we want good rigidity during pumping. That amount of the onions would kill someone because I e of the sulphur alkaloids in it turns into sulphuric acid when in water, and onions are mostly water so they do already contain like 0.3% sulfuric acid definitely not safe way maybe there are supplements that have the other sulphur compounds or like onion extract capsules so you get it but not huge amounts of the acid just like maybe a portion of one onion equivalent then take with other sulphur sources and nitrogen sources also nitrates like heart meds viagra cialis all those effect some of the same things I've read, so they actually can be beneficial for heart attacks etc I think but for blood pressure I would think might be opposite anyways nitrates it's what the viagra cialis etc increase I think is nitrates in your body or something Also even same concept with illegal poppers like amyl nitrate people inhale them and get very short lived erections

And this makes me think beets, these should by the same means/route help erections the nitrates in beets touted on tv beet juice You might be able to even buy just those nitrates synthetically or as extract of beets online

I would like citrulline but believe it or not it can mess with asthma when I try eating lots of watermelon slices for this I usually notice it some I might ask my doctor about this if it's bad or not but I don't think it will get too severe it just seems like it does if I eat high amounts like half a container from Walmart to the whole one

If citrulline causes issues with asthmatic symptoms, L-arginine is the next in line, which is less converting factor than citrulline. There is a similar version of citrulline via beetroot extract that my wife uses. Not sure if it may create a similar flare-up for you. If that's the case, the only alternative is pharma-grade meds. I normally suggest close to natural components as much as possible before jumping into synthetics.

My insight is, since I destroyed my penis with all this, beets,or citrulline,or cialis, etc doesnt really effect me predictably whatsoever anymore, or even at all sometimes. And other times, it plumps up massively. And even other times it randomly plumps when I haven’t taken anything for over a month. Hard to even explain . Even more confusing is trying to tell if it’s even working cause I can’t feel it that day either,
