stretch marks

since i been lifting i noticed some stretch marks on my biceps and my shoulders.

is the reason im gettin these is cause im not eating right and im lifting or not cause i know alot of muscular people who dont have stretch marks. so any ideas why im gettin these would be useful

your muscles are growing faster than your skin. I got em too. get some stretch mark cream to rub on the area to smooth them out a bit and prevent more from occuring.
 
Bigd5903 pretty much explained it to you. StretcHydromaxarks occur when you lose weight too though. I've got some on my back and near the armpit. To prevent them from occuring you should use some cream to make the skin more elastic but I've never heard of a good method to remove them once you get them. It's good to drink lots of water (I drink about a gallon/day that's about 4L right? and I must say I feel really good and it's not so bad to drink such quantities as you get used to it) and take your daily vitamins/minerals (supplemental).
