Stealth hang/extend after 7" length

Has anyone found a decent way to stealth hang or extend when over 7 inches? the extender to the side doesnt work because the vacuum bell makes way too big a imprint, down doesnt because you can barely walk or sit. With hanging I can do this with a coil but it can make quite a thick long bulge that looks unnatural. And if I use say a tungsten ball in a sleeve inline with my dick the outline is more natural but its like 9+inches long.

Does anyone have any idea how to manage this? I have thought maybe one could kind of like fulcum hang by hang a loop inside the pants that stops a couple inches above the penis base and then loop my dick through this and have it basically hanging in a U shape?

Any thoughts, ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Fulcrum hang for too long of a period of time can cause a "bend" or "malform" along the penile shaft. This is why extender and all day stretchers are explicitly recommended. As you have identified, it's better to hang near the base and pull the inner segment of the penis out than to do a fulcrum pull. Since the penis growth dependently on the stretching of the entire penis, it's better to stretch starting at the base of the glans.
