I find the best time for me to be posting and get the best exposure is between 2:00 and 6:00 pm eastern time.

On most smartphones nowdays this is built-in, in the Alarm Clock application. On my phone it's called: World Clock.
But you need to know where everyone are located, not all members are open with that.

But if you have notifications activated from MOS on your smartphone it's no worries, you will know when brothers are active on the forum. It's most fun when many brothers are active on the FORUM at the same time.
