Starting out - any advice?

Start reading up on the newbie PE journey stretches to condition up, and then go aggressive on length, then girth. You got the girth, and I say you are aiming for length first? Once you hit the desireable length and exceed it by 0.3in, switch to girth while doing light length routines to keep it maintained as you pursue girth.
 
I always advise to go from newbie routine to SRT. you will only gain so much with newbie routine at which point you should go with SRT to continue growth
