My names Alex hope everyone is doing good. Its 3am and i cant sleep so i may aswell start a little bit on tracking and writing down my goals and getting everyones opinions in what i should do…
Im 18 205lb 6’4 bpel:8” eg:5.5”
i know i need to chase length first so thats what ive been researching and ive found its gonna come down to a couple things, either hanging or manual stretches with or without length master.
I believe with everything in me anything is possible with enough hard work, discipline and belief.
My goal length is 10” within a year a 2” length gain. I just need to narrow down what has worked for others in my situation. I have all the time in the world to focus on it too so any suggestions!!

Currently, you're still riding a human growth hormone (HGH) wave. Your body is still providing the necessary growth to achieve virility based on natural growth cycle. You can indeed achieve up to 10in with ease with the help of HGH. It will take some part on your side to max the growth.

At 18, you may be on a budget. DLD has some excellent manual stretches for length in the Media section for tutorial videos. Look at the manual bundle stretches that focus on twists and downward, below the legs, and behind the butt cheeks pulls. This is the most optimal way to force your collagen and tissue breakdown and growth repairs. Add in the Slow Squash Jelq (SSJ) into the mix whenever you can. The instructional videos are also available for you to watch. It not only adds girth as the primary function, but it also helps to further break down the tissues for length growth.

What you have to invest in are wraps. Without wraps to keep your penis shaft from turtling, it's a wasteful loss after all that work. Plenty of videos and instructional posts for wraps as well. Do a search on "How to wrap" and you'll get all your resources for reading.

How long to do you think i should manual stretch. or should i start hanging aswell. Really looking to maximize my gains in under a year. shooting big!

Lucky you are very young still. , wish I started LONG time ago myself.

Be carefull only looking at lenght, most girls dont like being bottomed out hitting the pelvic floor. It hurts!. Starting at 8 inches is a VERY good starting point, gains will come but it takes time.

I am in the process of stretching now (44yo) , but has recently also implemented girth exercises.

My goal is 8x6 inch, current at 7.15x 5.7
Dream 8.5x6.5..

Got the length master now been lacking a little bc of work but i can definitely say it puts alot more pressure than manual, way better. What is the fulcrum and lever methods???
And i really wanna invest in an ads so i can stretch all day long for max gains. Soon ill get one and take it to the next level with the gains. Has said it really thick so 🤷🏼‍♂️ but i honestly dont wanna put alot of effort into btc streches and really tearing that tissue until i get that ads for max gains. Going for the srt method

The LM3 has 3 functions. The plates are for hanging, the handle is called Power Assist (Power Assist 2 - Penis Traction Stretcher) so check the photos for instructions for the fulcrum routines. The combo allows you to use the leverage of mechanical assist to maximize the traction force with minimal efforts. If you mod it even more, you can go into new dimensions of fulcrum and leverage routines. I got my experimental setups and I am testing them right now. It's much more effective than using just your hands. I use my knees, calves, and feet based on what I'm doing to free up my hands for other things, like typing up answers while doing my routines. I'll share these mods later when I'm confident I can have any brothers tackle the mods.

You know the suction cup can either be a high traction force pull or a mild end cap for wrapping, right? The cup protects my glans from rubbing, and the larger cup helps to place my glans in an all day expansion to get my mushroom look to get my wife all frenzy up. She tried to mount me last night and this morning knowing my glans is hyper expanded. Using the ADS setup, you can go as high as 40lbs of constant traction tension for a short period of time, and reduce back to lower traction tension at 2.5lbs or as low as 1.5lbs using gentle wrap all day long. I wore mine for nearly 20 hours yesterday and it's extremely comfortable.

You can't get the bigger gains without the micro tears. It only takes 5 minutes to start, and the ADS helps the micro tears to maximize the gains. It's like saying you don't want the tears to make your muscles bigger, and will stick with a 15lbs weight for the rest of the gains. It takes much more work for the ADS and the gains will be slower.

Just some info to think about.
 
ask yourself if youre ready to chance death first. i wish id have known before i tried. you may wake up one day like i did and not have a clue why it feels different. a year later and im still looking for a way to not wake up with a shrunken, cold lifeless penis that feels of something you cant even imagine. i wasnt as big at 7", but you dont realize how big that is until you dont have it .

I use the 6in sleeve for the cup, loose around the entire shaft to ensure blood flow, but solid wall enough to prevent turtling while the cup is under 3 or 4inHg. I use the flex bandage to keep my length at around 8in flaccid stretch from my erected 7in. The comfortable feeling of being stretched but the glans color is nice and normal flowing pink, knowing the blood is being encouraged to flow freely in and out of the glans while it's engorged. My 2.5in cup is filled by my glans. My warmed but not sweaty penis is loving it.

i have the same sleeve, and i love it, bought it by accident and didn't take into account the measurements, also i never combined the sleeve + the flex bandage, i should give it a go since im trying to catch as much as possible of the post stretch gains
 
jelq or pump. i can hardly function for the neuropathy now. i have to wear a sleeve over my penis jsut to even walk. i cant use it, or it makes everything even worse. theres nothing worse than this. everyday it never improves
Look into eating raw meat. I do it bc of JIA but its changed aot of peoples lives. Look into ajjonus vonderplanitz

Yes. We all tried to make the original Alpha Blade project in the old days, and some have tried the Length Master in the the modern days. I saw Chinese and Indian knockoffs that have similar wooden designs made out of hardwood in other forums posts a few years ago.

With plastic printed nowadays, I wouldn't be surprised where you can find it anywhere to places MOS can't ship to, or generic models are made by communities wanting more advanced modded versions. Japan central prefectures actually have a community there with lots of geeks that do some crazy mods using printers. I'll just leave it at that.
