Newbie progress Start of my PE journey and adding supplements

Today will be the first day I start PE.

Some background info:
I’ve had a normal size penis about my whole life. EL-6 EG-5. Went and had a pmma procedure done for girth. My girth shot up to 6” after the procedure. I was ecstatic and wanted to try it out on my gf. She didn’t know I had the procedure. I was suppose to wait for 6 weeks to have sex and only waited 1 so I got an infection in the area. Was hospitalized. All the pmma came oozing out. My dick was bent sideways while the infection took its toll. At one point I thought I was going to lose it. Finally was healed up about 5 weeks later. Only to realize I had lost length. I lost my girth I had gained from the pmma procedure so I was back down to 5” EG and lost 2” in length. I was pretty devastated. Went back to the place I had the pmma done and they re did it and also tried to cut out the fibrosis scar tissue near the pubic base that might be affecting my length loss. This time I made sure to wait the entire 6 weeks. My EG was 6” by the end of it and my EL was 4” (which hurt me bad)
The surgical cut from the surgeon cutting out the fibrosis looks terrible and it did nothing for my length. But it’s finally all healed up.

With all that said. Today marks the start of me trying to get my EL back and hopefully then some. End goal of 8” BPEL in a years time. That would be 2.5” in a year. I am fine with my girth for the time being.

My measurements as of today:

FG: 5.2in
EG: 6in
FL: N/A
BPEL: 5.5in

I’ll be starting the LENGTHMASTER 3 - Beginner routine.
Supplements I will be taking to help me reach my goal are Vitamin B complex, L- arginine, Tribulus, Collagen, and a normal protein powder.

Pictures attached are BPEL and FG. I’ll get some EG pictures posted in the next coming days.

Welcome to the brotherhood and thanks for your report. Your girth is amazing and using lengthmaster you will add so much to length. Stay involved and continue to push the envelope

Welcome to the brotherhood pal! A suggestion I can make for you is to drop the l-arginine and replace it with L-citrulline as l-arginine is broken down in the kidneys before it can be absorbed by the body. And drop the collagen as there are multiple studies showing that it doesn't aid in collagen synthesis or anything for that matter.

Good luck! Some incredible girth you have there.

Is what it stands for.

The lengthmaster is the best possible way to make length gains

yeah thankfully I bought the length master and mityvac pump sometime ago. Is it beneficial to just work on length? Or can you work on length and girth together and it won’t hurt your length gains?

Doing 2 sessions a day with the LM and man just doing one twist with my junk lodged in that thing is difficult. It’s crazy that @huge-girth is able to do 2 twists like it’s nothing.
 
You can train both length and girth of you have the time and mental strength. I've always found it to be difficult for me. But I did train length and girth for 4 months last year.

It's easier for me to focus on one at a time.

Been doing the length master newbie routine with the help of @huge-girth. 2x a day. This is my first time doing any type of PE.

I see him and @squirt_inducer_man in the videos of them using the length master and I don’t feel like I’m pulling hard enough. I know they’re both masters at it but I’m worried I’m not pulling hard enough and won’t see gains. I pull till it hurts and then hold it there. Sometimes it hurts less than other times. Sometimes even twist the length master to a certain side can hurt. That may be because I don’t have much length right now. Or maybe it’s how I’m bundled in the length master for that session. I can also feel myself kegel in the beginning and then I’m able to relax (reverse kegel) which has been pretty cool to figure out.

This is hard to explain, pain and feeling is so individual based. There should not be pure pain. But you should feel a feeling of stretching your inner penis and ligaments. I believe that this is what people are referring to pain?
This is not pain in my mind. You need to feel your own tissue and stretch with good intensity. I can't direct you any better then this. You need to feel this yourself.

But maybe you can progress into 5 minute stretches/holds. In this way you will be able to feel your tissue better, and you will be able to stretch deeper into the tissue and inner penis/ligaments. This will produce faster length gains.

Even if you think you will pull your dick off that will not happen. Your brain will prevent this from happening.

It's important to implement the healing strategies you will find in the SRT fully as well.

yeah I guess my case is a little different than most since I have scar tissue at the base of my penis that use to be a decent size hole from getting fibrosis cut out. It took almost a year to completely heal. It was nasty. So when I’m pulling that the scar starts to flare up and hurt a decent amount. I am stretching in front of a heater the entire time. I put on hydrocortisone cream afterwards. I’ve also been implementing SRT with going commando and wrapping in an elongated state after my session.

I understand. And I'm sorry for that.
But I have no experience with that.
 
Here’s EG. Erection went down after having to hurry and switch to from adult entertainment to phone camera and then measure. As you can see I need all the length I can get 😅
Scar has a small blood spot on it from the length master bundles but hopefully that’ll clear up in the next couple of days.

Your warmup method is really good. It is important to keep the tissue warm during your entire session.

Are you doing bundled stretches?
Either way. My suggestion is to add a power assist device/fulcrum device.
I used a broomstick when I first started, and I did bundled stretches around that broomstick.

Here is my stick:

This is a great and cheap way to add intensity to your stretching sessions. As we all know bundled stretches are superior both in getting the length you want, but also in order to cement (make permanent) the length. When the Tunica albuginea (see picture below) are stretched out it can never go back. That is the reason why bundled stretches are so superior. I gained 1 Inch in BPEL with this strategy really fast.

I see you added the stick to your length master as well. Does that act as a power assist?

And yes when I say bundled I thought it means twist! Is that incorrect?

Do you recommend pmma filler?

I did pmma filler before I knew there was such thing as PE workouts. I’m happy with my results but if I had known about this fourum earlier I probably wouldn’t have done it. Would of saved me a decent amount of money.
