Soy Lecithin and Cooking

I find that soy lecithin granules look an awful lot like polenta/grits. I was wondering, can this stuff be cooked and have the same effect? I figure, adding it to things in blends in with (like the affordmentioned foods) would make it easier to take.
 
I don't know about cooking, but I used to just put a couple spoon full in my cereal. Seems to give the milk a creamy texture. Once you start taking Lecithin after 2 weeks your cum will increase in the clear fluid and white deparment.
