after using the snake hanger the head of my penis turns purple from lack of bloodflow, what should i be worried about here

Discoloration tends to happen sometimes but you are going to be fine as long as you didn't hang for more than 20 minutes per session. Just massage the penis with warm water and apply hydrocortisone cream whenever that happens.
