Slilistretcher keeps slipping frustrated

Check the sleeves for any possible pinholes. You are shaved, right?

As in the manual, turn the knob so that the piston is about halfway down the chamber. One turn can produce plenty of suction.
With pretty much any tool in the world there's a learning curve. Don't give up!

@Haursen was having some trouble with it as well. He mentioned that ditching the cap was actually better, (so don't bother when the cap arrives), and that a shaved, oil free shaft was key.
He also mentioned some method he'd found for wrapping the silistretcher, in this post. If you continue to struggle with this, you could ask him about it!

which ones because the thicker one is stretched out and slips off as well, there are two longer ones how would i use those on the silistretcher, and thank you i will email you right now
Use the longer sleeves like this. There are new SiliSleev Duros coming in the next couple weeks. They are for hanging heavier weight and we will be sending a complimentary one to everyone that has a silistretcher if shipping is paid.

Heavier weight needs more preparation and We are working on a sleeve that will handle heavier weight.

Place the longer sleeve on, try that. Attach the thicker part to the silisleeve, then roll the rest like a condom, and stretch it so you can gently rest over the entrance.
If you have a silipad, please use that. It makes a difference, if not, once you have the above ready, have the piston retracted, so the plate is halfway inside the chamber ... place your penis inside, if your uncut, it can help if you pull the skin back beforehand.
Once the penis head is inside, with one hand you slowly allow the rolled up sleeve to drop down into the penis ... now slowly unroll it down the shaft. It should be neat.
This next part is simple .. just turn the piston once, or half a turn as many do. I always do it one full turn, but pay attention to the area of the sleeve where the entrance is at ... you do not want any sleeve to start distorting, and being sucked in, this is something that can happen here, it looks like its being distorted, and in time leads to holes.
So, dont overdo the piston, and once your done, this is giving you a solid grip.

Maybe try this. I experience great grip with this configuration.
Wear 2 sleeves with Silistretcher and the grip is tremendous.
I first put on Silicap then a Silisleeve over my penis.
Then I apply the Silistretcher as normal with a second sleeve.
I have used both the short small sleeve then the short wider sleeve over it or the short wide sleeve and the short wide sleeve over that.
The grip of these two sleeves is powerful.
When you tug on the Silistretcher ring you can feel the pull.
Minimal fluid using the contoured Silipad .
I noticed a line across my glans, but I think it is just the pressure of the sleeve over the top of it.
I wear it only for an hour then check things out before reapplying.
Oh and when you try this the sleeves will stick to each other, so to take them off pull Silisleeve a bit to remove Silistretcher and roll the top sleeve off first.
Then roll the second sleeve towards your body, so you can take off the Silicap first.
Last roll off the bottom Silisleeve .

So put yourself in this configuration first, then apply the Silistretcher as normal.
You should not need more than 1/2 turn on the knob. I use 1/4 to 1/2 turn.

The silicap came in the mail so i put that on then put the regular sleeve over it then twisted the knob halfway. Got a hood hanging session like 25 minutes but my glans were kind of puffy. Hopefully nothing too serious..
