Soooo ive been doing dlds beginner routine and ive started to notice something different. its with the skin below my head, it looks like on the right side it is becoming farther away from the head if that makes any sense and the left side looks closer with less of a space, it also looks like the skin is becoming lighter and it doesnt feel as smooth. idk why this is but i feel like it could be me doing stretches wrong or because i havent been using baby powder or anything while doing stretches or anything to get a good grip, which leads to my hands sliding and my skin going over my head. anyone know why this stuff with my skin below my head(whatever the name of it is) is happening? and if theres anything that i should be doing better or to solve this problem so it doesnt get worse? or is it normal?
