It's a combination of a bad circumcision with improper care while it heals. I have sons and both circumcised. During that healing process I had to make sure it developed properly by pulling back the skin throughout the day. Usually when bathing, changing diapers etc . . .
Unfortunately, it's your reality and you have what you have. I believe if you start with this imperfection and have it corrected. This would will play a major part in your P.E. Career.
