Hmm... are you really sure about that? Like what would the timeframe be for this?

10 years back when I used my extender without any PE education (i.e. maximum tension for hours on end ignoring all acute pain, thinking this was the way to grow).
I permanently made my dick darker which didn't really ever go away.
And now when I'm very active with PE it's becoming worse...

About 6 months
 
I know pictures can't represent true reality, but I know something is happening, look at this difference. Have tried to get the same perspective, but did not accomplished this to 100%. But I think you can see a difference in the photos.

You see the broomstick in the photo, so this was probably around the time I started doing my broomstick routine.

Though it would be fun, to share the difference from when I begun to now. To motivate other brothers here on MOS.

In the beginning It can be hard when you haven't seen the newbie gains jet. But trust me, it's all worth it. Your destiny is in your hands. My journey continues.

The best part is that my penis, becomes more and more banana 🍌 shaped.

3 days on and 1 day off, works extremely well for me. I can pull with maximum force every single session, and my penis will have enough time to heal up.

These are simply the best!
As many bundles/rotations as possible, and then just stretch with full intensity for 5 minutes bundled to the right, and then 5 minutes bundled to the left.
Detach from the chamber, remove the wrap. Rest....Re-wrap, attach to the chamber, and then do it all over again...Session done....2-3 sessions per day of this. 3 days on and 1 day rest. Repeat.

Some updates:
I have had 2 days rest this weekend (Friday + Saturday). A little to much for my preference, but I wanted to clear this up real good.

I hope MOS-RED will help me to strictly keep 3 days on and 1 day off, without these 2 days rest to heal my glans up. By the way, I have this mark left right now as well. But I will still train with this now. MOS-RED will probably be the only way to clear this up.

I believe this cream is essential for keeping the skin on my penis soft and in good condition, I have no more left, and I experience that the skin on my penis is much more rough and dry. Need to get some more of it. Of course I use hydrocortisone 1% cream/ointment as well, but for me, it's not enough to keep the skin in a healthy condition.

Though this could be a good tip for other brothers that are suffering from "dry dick" syndrome (post on MOS).
 
Could not stretch with any kind of intensity, I think my penis needs one more day of rest. Glans hurt to much when I stretched, so I could not stretch hard. Better to rest.

I'm really surprised. I think the mark on my glans are already starting to subside with only 2 sessions of 15 minutes with the MOS-RED.

I will give further feedback on my statement above later on.

Damn that's very close so have it like that. I can actually feel some pain with having the light so close on the skin. 15 centimers is the recommended distance. But it's up to you I guess. You could always google if there is any negative effects having it to close.

Maybe I will feel some effects later on after I have been using it for a while. But I didn't feel any substantial heat penetration with a longer distance. Will try your suggestion.

How do you use your MOS-RED? Do you stand? Sit? Or how are you positioning the MOS-RED, when you get the treatment?

I sit close to the edge of the sofa, red light down below. Tripod 90 degrees but having the mos-red in the cuts of it so it tilts upward
 
MOS-RED works for so many things. First I discovered it's amazing healing power, then I discovered something else....I can immediately only after one session with the LENGTHMASTER 3, see that I get more stretch in the tissue.

Before I would only get this kind of stretch at the last session for the day. This is awesome.
But I still use my car interior heater for my warmup after the MOS-RED. I need the room warm to stretch properly.
