Progress thread SIM's penis enlargement journey

I will take 3 days rest for my penis skin to heal up somewhat. I get to these stages from time to time, when I need more rest then 1 day to heal up.

I'm confident I will not lose anything by doing this.

The scars you are seeing on the left on my shaft, is due to the chamber digging in. I clamp down all the way, so the upper and lower part of the chamber are touching each other.

Just caught up on your log dude. Like what I am hearing about the MOS-RED. I actually have experience with red light for other benefits. I might need to invest in this since my old red light system no longer works
Happy to hear that you are reading my log.
I could not keep this intensity without MOS-RED. It helps a lot with the healing process of the skin for me.
I have a spot/discoloration on my glans from using LENGTHMASTER 3. I can prevent this spot from becoming to big with MOS-RED. I will have this spot as long as I do stretches with the lengthmaster.

Here is a sample!
Here is my best photo of my BPEL right now, remember I started at BPEL: 12,7 cm / 5" at date; 2023.02.04 (YEAR.MONTH.DAY).
, and I'm now at
BPEL: 14,5 cm / 5.7".
That's 24 days and a, 1,8 cm / 0.7" increase.
0,74 cm / 0.29" left to, 15,25 cm / 6".

I need to from now on, messure in centimeters and then convert to inches, since I feel that's more accurate.

My penis have a babana bend to it.
It was really hard to keep a super hard erection and messure at the same time (with one hand, camera on the other). If you zoom in on the picture, you will see that my penis is exactly 14,5 cm/5.7" BPEL.

I started sooner then I said. I said I was going to take 3 days rest. It felt to long. I started today (only 2 days of rest).
I can stretch harder now, and the skin on my penis is heald up.

The limiting factor for me is my strength and endurance. Sometimes I hold the stretch and I'm shaking like a leaf in the wind.
But I'm doing everything to gain as fast as possible...I don't accept weakness from myself.

Program 3:
I started this program: 17 April, year 2023.
Before that I transitioned from doing my broomstick program (bundled stretches) to LM dbs.

After that I need to evaluate my length in the real world. But my goal is, BPEL: 8".

Final goal: "The Golden Penis" (The Golden Ratio Penis).
BPEL: 8"; EG: 6".

All these length sessions will be done with: LENGTHMASTER 3, and all the stretches will be bundled stretches behind the ASS.

Note: Warming up with a car interior heater that's blowing onto my penis + rotate my penis in both directions (5 min) before the session begins, so the tunica will be lose when I start to stretch.

Focusing on length.
PE sessions with 3 days on and 1 day rest and repeat until I'm at my final goal. I will keep this up. But from experience I know that I sometimes need 2 days to heal the skin on my penis, that's perfectly fine.

I will keep this consistent. I will take care of my penis with hydrocortisone ointment/cream 1%, and Locobase® REPAIR to keep the skin on my penis in good condition, so I'm not forced to take rest days to heal up. I want the rest days to be planned and not forced. MOS-RED have done a big difference in my ability to heal. Without MOS-RED the intensity of this program would not be possible.

I learned something tonight. The first time. I was bleeding from my second stretching session at the first set.

When unwrapping there was blood. 🩸
Don't know where it came from. I think it was from my glans (the skin). I think I pulled to much straight so the glans got to much pressure on them.

No pain at all now. But my glans feel sore and are red. But I will rest.

Okey, I need to hold back my stretching force now. I know where the limit is at.
It's verified, there is no limit for the lengthmaster. It's limitless in the amount of pulling force you can produce.

if it’s really bad, I would take some time off from PE. The glans is really sensitive. You might have a take time off and I know it sucks.

Maybe just take 5 days just for the sake of it. I have never taken 5 days rest from PE. 3 days have been the max ever.

It’s easy to forget how the LM pushes up against your glans with any stretch. I have to remind myself to be safe daily.

I can’t remember who said this, but I take it to heart use reasonable amount force to cause changes to the penis without injuring yourself.

I think I got insane and thought I could increase the pulling force even further, but I realized it was a mistake. I need to keep it at the level I always have had it.

Doing a 30 minute session with MOS-RED. Then I'm going to sleep many hours. I have vacation from work now...it have been intense the last month. Should probably relax a bit.

If I get some bruises or cuts I'll just change where I'm attaching, that way you should be able to continue to stretch without interference

If I hadn't increase the pulling force to insane levels, this would not have happened.

Yes! I learned my lesson. 👌
And I'm perfectly fine. But I think I will take like 4 days rest, or 5. But that's super long for me, but think I need to do it.
I have never taken more then 3 days rest before from PE.

Because Phallosan forte is garbage, I used what I had. So I cut up the glans protector caps (2) and I use them over my wrapping.

I can go over my setup later on.

I'm laying on my messed up sofa, and I'm thinking about my LENGTHMASTER 3 and different exercises I maybe can do to increase the intensity without pulling harder. Because if I pull harder I will bleed. 🩸

I can't exercise now due to my accident yesterday, and I need healing.

But my creativity spun an idea.💡
- Is it possible to incoperate my broomstick in the LM b.ASS stretch (see: Program 3)? 🤔

I'm thinking with the same concept as I was when I incoperated bundled stretches around my broomstick (when I first started), in my broomstick program. That really made me gain fast (I will make videos of these stretches later on).

I have missed this deformation of my tunica in my stretches even since I transitioned to the LENGTHMASTER 3. I can't believe I have missed this. Think Power Assist stretches. Imagine combining Power Assist stretches with the LENGTHMASTER 3. That would be awesome.

But in a way you are doing this with the LENGTHMASTER 3 when you are pulling it at an angle. But I can never pull at any substantial amount of force this way, and I believe I need more tunica deformation in the stretch.

My belief is that, if I can make this stretch work, I will increase the deformation of the tunica of each stretch even further. Deformation of tunica and then stretching it, will induce more cell division in my tissue <=> grow faster.

I'm thinking that I can have my broomstick behind me, or under my shins when I'm sitting on my knees, and then I pull my penis behind my ass and around my broomstick. My theory is that I deform my tunica even more in this stretch, and this will make my penis grow even faster.

I need to try this concept out when I'm back in business. I really hope this will work. Maybe I'm to creative now, and I have doubts if this will work.

But I share this with the brotherhood so you know, just because I'm resting doesn't mean I do not do PE. I'm always thinking how I can increase the intensity of my stretches....getting to the next level.

I think it's a good idea to have short (1-2min) stretching repetitions as opposed to longer periods. Just think of if you'd stretch your muscles, you hold it for a minute or so and then go back at it again, creating longer stretch each time. You wouldn't hold the stretch for 5-10 minutes without rest.

This is just my theory but I've heard other experienced PE people talk about it too and it makes sense to me to have shorter "reps".

This is also why I like interval hanging (I always take 45-60 sec rest every 5 minutes while hanging)
and interval pumping I do occasionally when I'm too tired for 5x5x3, then I do 2x8 (2 minutes max pumping, release the vacuum just 1-2 seconds and then repeat 2 minutes 8 times like this)

It's just something I do occasionally if I'm too tired to do 5x5x3, so maybe 1-2 times out of 10 sessions I do these. I do get really great expansion when I do these, probably a little better then 5x5x3 but I think 5x5x3 is great in another sense that the SSJ's make the gains permanent more (just my gut feeling)

Pumping without manual girth exercises will not give you permanent gains. Most people who gained girth from only pumping lost the gains after months of no PE.

I agree with you and for me it also makes sense, however, there are a lot of people who's gained girth with only pumping.

I wonder how much I gained with Bathmate? This will always be a regret of mine. I should have measured my EG before i started using Bathmate pumps.

LENGTHMASTER 3 have really given me indurance, I have practically not been in the gym, just from time to time. It was many weeks since last time, and I was tjis evning able to do one arm dumbell rows with a little over 60 kg on both arms for 10 reps, and I did 2 set... it's amazing.

LENGTHMASTER 3 is truly a gymnastic device 🙌
