So would you say your flaccid has become much bigger from only using the Lenghtmaster 3? Or mostly just erect gains?
Everything is bigger...much bigger. When I just flick my penis on my thigh, or if I just pick up my flaccid it feels heavy.

This was not the case before. There is a substantial big difference.

Look at these picures.
Even when the first picure have a wrap on, you will see that my flaccid have increased substantial.

I don't understand why not more brothers create albums? I believe this will save storage space on the server. You will also have more structure of all your photos.
 
The importance of the high intensity, and short burst stretching style (stretch hard and then rest).

It's important to think about the intensity when you are stretching. According to my personal experiences, it has to go up and increase exponentially as you progress and get longer. I'm refering to only active stretching in this article/post.

This information is mostly related to when you are performing Bundled Stretches with LM3 (LENGTHMASTER 3).

When you are stretching for a maximum of 10 minutes in each set (one session = 20 minutes), you can keep the intensity always high. But this concept is also related to stretching barehanded, and barehanded stretches with a power assist device like; Power Assist 2 or the Broomstick.

If you compare 20 minute session, to 40 minute sessions. My belief is that you will loose stretching force (intensity) if you are stretching for to long without resting. Your hands, muscular system and nervous system, will get tired if your session take to much time. This will make your session less effective, that is: Elongation of the tissue will be less, and you want maximum elongation according to my personal experiences and my research (to gain as fast as possible). So to stretch harder in short bursts, have been beneficial for me in my entire lengthwork journey. To have the knowledge of SRT is really important as well.


Keeping the tissue warm, and the healing aspect.
To get maximum elongation from this style of stretching, it's also important to incoperate heat in your session.

I have a car interior heater (with a modified stand) in order to push a stream of warm air into my tissue in my warmup, during the session, and in the break between the two sets.
I also like to keep the room temperature around: 30°C/86°F when I stretch. The warm environment and the extra warm tissue in your penis (also in your inner penis) will help you to achieve maximum elongation of the tissue.

For the healing I highly recommend you to invest in MOS-RED.

MOS-RED have been a game changer for me. I use MOS-RED after my session for 15 minutes. This will clear up the discoloration in my glans and keep it very minimal. Also the healing time is reduced when you incoperate MOS-RED into your program. It's almost like you will not know I'm using LENGTHMASTER 3 to stretch with.


More about the stretching.
It's a difference in using the LM3 to do Bundled Stretches, hanging and to use an extender. I believe strongly in the stretching style inspired by Mike Mentzer's training method (link to a post on MOS). But mostly inspired by @hugh-girth, he was the one that introduced me to the 20 minute sessions.

But Mike Mentzer's training method, made me realize that you want to use the most effective dose when stretching, and to heal according to the information in the SRT. Mike Mentzer was a bodybuilder, but I transfered his ideology into my penis enlargement. His ideology and methods was a paradigm shift for me. I had no idea at the moment I knew about it (@MosMaster introduced me to this information), that I would implement this into my penis enlargement.

Also the tissue in your penis will not have as much time to recover from your stretching sessions, if your sessions last for to long. And you're are attached to the chamber of LM3 for to long at the time.

I tried to stay clamped down for 20 minutes at the time in the beginning in the chamber, it was not possible to stretch hard during the entire session, due to pain, discomfort and discoloration in the glans. I come to the conclusion that it was not beneficial to stay clamped down in the chamber for to long.
Later I came to the conclusion that 10 minutes was the perfect time for each set when stretching with LM3. I use 3 minutes for warmup when I attach myself into the chamber. So a total time being attached in the chamber = 13 minutes.

There may also be more fluid retention (most times I get none, due to my 10 minute rule), skin soreness (on the shaft skin) and discoloration (mostly in glans) if you stretch for to long in each set.
To reduce the blood flow in your penis for to long, that is: clamped down in the chamber of LM3 will produce more discoloration in your glans.

By the way, If I didn't had MOS-RED the discoloration in my glans would be really bad.

This was just some information that I have learned from my penis enlargement journey. I hope it's helpful.

Yeah looking good brother @squirt_inducer_man. Btw what do you think about me doing one 40 min session and one 20 min session? Might it be too much?, as I feel I got less stretching power on the last 20 min of the 40 min session.

Sticking to stretching only for now despite me also pumping yesterday and the day before, just could not help myself and got in my head that I just had to do it.

The 40 min sessions might be just a bit too much though at the same time I have now gotten my penis used to doing that so going back down to doing two 20 min sessions might be counterproductive.

Following your program is what I choose to do, with a bit less work and more intensity. Besides that when going over 20 min in one session my underarms and triceps get’s too tired and a bit inflamed too from all the stretching.

Happy you want to follow my program. But you seems to be able to stretch for longer (longer sessions). Maybe you can tweak my/your program to better fit you (If you want to)?

Yeah, thought about it while cutting the grass a bit earlier, will tweak it by doing more sets when I feel like I got the energy and underarm strength to do so.

Usually I always have that during my AM routine, so might just stick to 30-40 min in that session and finish off the day with 20 min in the PM session. Figured stretching a bit more can’t exactly hurt the gaining process.

Only did a 20 min session in my first session today as I totally overslept and had to spare almost 2 hours to cut the grass, now it’s about time for a late, leg focused workout and after that my PM session. Nice being able to be a bit flexible on my stretching schedule.

Btw forgot to say you’ve got nothing to be dismorphic about in the penis departement, but I do know a bit about being that too.

Never think I’m muscular or shredded enough and think I got a smaller penis than I actually do. Guess we get kinda messed up in the head when it comes to penis size since we have such grandiose size goals, haha.

Thanks brother. I know the logic truth. But I suppose everything have happend so fast, so my brain haven't had a chance to adjust.

I had the same as you in regards to my body before. I have fixed that now.
 
I need to start to detach every 5 minutes from the chamber in LM3, otherwise there will be to much fluid retention/edema in my penis.
MOS-RED also helps to reduce the fluid retention when I use it after my session.

When I bundle many rotations NOW it's way harder to prevent fluid retention, especially when I'm doing 5 minute dynamic stretches.

There always seems to be some fluid retention, when I'm doing a lot of bundles.
This aspect are making my sessions take more time, since I need to massage my penis a really long time in front of my car interior heater, to make the fluid retention disappear. Maybe do MOS-RED during my session as well to counteract this, worth a try. 🤔

I will experiment with these idea's to find the best solution for me. There may be a way to stay attached for longer, if I switch bundled rotation (left/right) every 2 minutes or so. I will see what will work best for me and my current life situation. My time is limited so I need to optimize everything perfect.

But it's clear. The longer you become by stretching with LENGTHMASTER 3 (doing bundled stretches), the harder it is to increase the intensity progressively.

Don't be discouraged. You will start to feel this when you have increased your length with over 3 inches (BPEL). This was the case for me at least.
The speed you are able to gain probably also taper off, as you become really long (past your initial length).

If you don't feel the stretch as you used to do in BTC-B (Behind The Cheeks Bundled) with LENGTHMASTER 3, you need to stretch harder, bundle more and/or increase the time for each stretch. If you could increase the amount of sessions each day, that may also be one part of the solution as well. That is: The solution to increase the intensity, and get good temporary elongation each day. Temporary gains lead to permanent gains.

Just sharing my thoughts from my creative brain.

Some updates in regards to my LENGTHMASTER 3 sessions.

Still pushing forward...............
But I have to admit I have only done one session each day these past days, due to work intensity, and the amount of time each sessions take now. There have been stress at work and I don't like that, it should not be stress, but it exists due to one person in the workforce. I will handle that when I get back there...going back to studying now.

It feels like my gains have slowed down due to this...but I can't back off now...9 inches BPEL it will be (I previously changed my goals)...and it needs to be cemented.

I'm looking for a longer flaccid as well, and I believe the only way to get that is to get a longer BPEL? So I need to get longer.


The cold climate ❄️ have come to my country as well, and my penis do not like that. I need to warm up my penis and re-wrap it (🔗 Penis Elongation Wrap) when I get inside, otherwise I will get fluid retention from the wrap. Really annoying this cold climate. Before I liked cold weather/environments, but due to penis enlargement I need a warm climate, it's better for my penis.

I need to take up the intensity once again in my sessions, I need to stick to 2 sessions per day doing 3:1. My penis is now used to doing even more bundles then before.
It feels like I have progressed fast to this new bundled position. My goal was to get to a new bundled position to stretch in, to once again be able to get back the stretching intensity in my inner penis and ligaments (Fundiform and Suspensory), I have accomplished this now.

So now it's just to keep stretching.

When I think about it. I had a similar situation when I went from DBS to BTC-BS. In order to get to BTC-BS position, I needed to bundle up my penis really good in DBS, to be able to progress into BTC-BS.
I was pushing the bundles to their end position, and was stretching back and forth to loosen up my tunica albuginea.

I will probably get one half rotation more in the future with the bundles.


I will hold each Dynamic Bundled Stretch for 2 minutes in order to reduce fluid retention.

It's really rough on the penis skin, it's like I have done 2 sessions in one sessions in the same amount of time.

Such a good routine
 
I don't like this cold weather. I get fluid retention after being outside with my penis elongation wrap on (if I can't remove it). It's fine if I can go home immediately after being outside, because I can then be naked and warm up my penis with the, interior car heater or MOS-RED.

But when I now need to be more away from home, it will be more challenging to make this work. But I will make it work either way.

The idea about the heated penis elongation wrap, is still in my mind. I will see what I do. Probably time to put a warm sock on my wrap again.
