Personally, I feel like the MityVac is more superior compared to the bathmate.

If you have the money you could test it out yourself. I just feel like the BM is more of a sex novelty in my opinion, but there are guys out there that made good gains from it.

You can use coconut oil or a water-based lubricant when in the tube.
