It's great to BE back, and thanks for taking notice, guys. Feels like a lifetime 'r' so.. I'll address that fully in another thread; but for now, right here; it sounds as though this rivals the Phallosan forte for a LOT less money!
I'm really eager to strap mine on and see if the length gains come as efficiently as girth seems to have come with my Bathmate.
If that proves to be the case; Watch the fuck out- I'm gonna start makin' some Granpa adult entertainment to encourage me fellow Geezers to stop jerkin' and start workin'!

Yes we destroyed if Phallosan. They should never have messed with us the way they did. Now we have a superior product for almost half the price.

That is a Ingenious way you found to Hang.I bet its Comfy too.Just watch out for Mosquito's.You wouldn't want to fall asleep and wake up with bites all over Willie or worse yet have a Eagle or Hawk swoop down and mistake it for a big snake..Ouch..Lol I am at 16 lbs now and the Duros hold like no tomorrow...

You could try using duro without the cap.
Use light weight. Ensure you got a silipad fitted. For me, that helped better.

If no luck with the above, try silisleeve without cap, and with cap.

Again, have the weight light, using a silipad.

Have you conditioned your penis? If you are new to pe, you may be sensitive and have to break into using pe tools.

Are you new to a vacuum stretcher? The vacuum forces can take some time to build up to even if you are used to doing PE.

Hey @Super, how's it going with wearing the extender?

I'm a newbie and trying to push my extender wearing time to the maximum, managed to do 16 hours today, if I would be able to do it everyday it would be perfect.

But I still have a problem with something and I guess you maybe now a solution or trick about it:
How is it possible to sleep with extenders? It's not a problem for me to fall asleep while wearing it, it's comfortable.
But as we get multiple erections during night and our dick expands, I wake up as it kinda hurts a little. As I'm sleeping like a bear, I'm taking it off then without being able to control it.
Did you find a solution for that? Would love to wear it around 24/7.
Maybe also you @DLD know a solution to it. Did you ever wear exteders 24/7? How have you done it? Or do you wear c-rings at night?

All DLD did was manual PE. No extender, no length master and no hanging. Just his bare hands only.

As you're also a PE vet here, do you know anybody who was able to wear an extender 24/7? Sadly I haven't found a thread about it so far and would love to see how they have done it and what their results had been.

Wow. That is Stealth! I can't see it. This is what I've been looking for. Been using a bib hanger but can only do this is private 1 hour/day. Plus for ADS I made a crude ads using a sock, non-sick wrap, sleeve, velcro strap, and a clamp. Use it at work 30-40 hous/week. This Silisleeve system looks WAY WAY more comfortable.
Question: what weights are you using while at work?
