SiliStretcher Demonstration Product Update Videos

How do you use these things with foreskin. I've tried taping it back with that medical tape seems to always come off? Do you need to stay hard the entire time?

You should be flaccid always. You could try a sleeve and roll it back
 
Is there any way to watch these videos without logging into youtube? I don't have a log in for youtube and have no desire to create one. Thanks for any help.
