Silisleeve Frustrations.

hey guys so after buying both the durosleeve and regular silisleeve in both sizes including the silicap here's the conclusion
1.the durosleeve was perfect in the 3/4 size however if i bumped into something the head grip would disappear and turtling would occur and trust me putting that thing on is sweat work phew...so i tried folding the head part and it worked perfectly only to feel my gland turn cold in a few minutes...so obviously not going to work....
2. the regular silisleeve and silicap just wont hold for the life of me the minute i sit and tilt over the head slips and turtles due to its large diameter so again wont work.
i reached out to support about this and they claim that there should be a 3/4 diameter new version of the regular silisleeve coming out in 2 weeks which hopefully will be the durosleeves answer as it has the perfect diameter and alittle softer but meanwhile does anyone know a reliable site to order good sleeves while i wait?

Try ace bandage, it can work just as effective for post workout.

Uncle Jim’s wrap was the original way to keep yourself elongated. It’s also the cheapest way to do it. The only drawback is a
with ace bandage only gives so much intensity. You’re much better off using a SiliStretcher In passive mode to keep yourself elongated. The whole idea behind keeping yourself elongated is healing in the long this position possible.

hey Dld is there much of a difference btwn uncle jims wrap and the regular self adhesive bandages at the local stores?

tell me about it Lm sessions were too rough (fail)

That’s self-adhesive stuff I don’t even know why we carry it! It is nothing but useless wrap that becomes unusable after three or four times and it’s extremely rough to wear.

manually strap it down?...wont it unwrap if i release?

No, It has a Velcro strip at the end that secures it or it comes with a clip that will support it. I usually just tie it off at the base.

so it says its 15 feet can i cut it down to size and still use the velcro for next time>?

Yeah are usually cut mine into three or four pieces to use for different tasks. It never wears out you’ll be able to use it for years.
