Have you bathed / showered? Personal hygiene isn't so hard. As RED stated, it's best to wash under the foreskin if you're uncut.
And just plain water can do a lot, no need to use too much soap. But soaps aren't "equal" so it's possible to purchase a soap that doesn't dry the skin too much. Sebamed is one brand. Other thing would be to use cleaning oils or so.
Green Marseille soap has olive oil so it shouldn't dry out the skin too much.
