Several months... Still no gains

I've been at this shit like never before. 30+ min of girth a day (mostly clamping at that) and over and hour of stretching as hard as my arms will pull. It's had to have been over 4 months minimum, and nothing has changed. Every few weeks I up the intensity and still nothing. Starting to get pretty discouraged. Not that my dick is small or in embarrassed, but with all the work I've put in I should've seen some significant growth. I stick to all the strongest pulls we've discovered over the years on this forum and still nothing. Are some guys just meant to not grow?
 
There’s got to be a reason you’re not putting on gains and what we need to do is figure out what that is. Some men go a very long time training without gaining but they never come for help and eventually they fizzle out. I’m glad you came for help I think with some adjustments we can make things happen for you. Let me know what your routine is right now exactly as you do it time and reps, etc. let us have a look through everything and see where things can improve or change so you can start making gains .

I tried to start slow thinking I could be over training, but as I watched no gains come I got more and intense with my workouts. I'm not sure what more to do it except invest in more tools, but clamping is one of the best things there is and it's not doing what I need. Plus, I'm about to try to file for bankruptcy so buying more stuff is out of the question right now lol.

First thing that comes to mind -How do you measure? I would be surprised if not at least your BPFSL has increased, if it has it might be an EQ problem why you dont see your gains manifest in BPEL because of overworking.
 
Hey one important thing I read one time was before any pe you should always be able to get 100% erect if you can’t youre probably fatigued and you should give yourself some rest days. With that being said you do not own any pe equipment? Length master as you may already know ups your stretching intensity pretty much to all you’ll ever need. I personally love the bathmate products as they have always worked and given me gains. Just don’t get discouraged you’re in the right place the brotherhood and we’ll all help as much as we can. Also They say if your bpfsl gets longer that’s a good indication of gains to come to keep an eye on that too dmoney anyways this just my point of view from someone still learning pe himself hoped that helped.!

You could be overworking and maybe that’s the issue and the only way you’ll know is by giving yourself rest days. But I rarely hear that someone was over training and then they lack gains, it usually doesn’t make a lot of sense. If your training and your training hard you should be making steady PE gains. For some brothers they don’t make gains using their hands when they switched to a equipment based routine they start making gains. The best routine that I’ve ever created uses a combination of both. SRT is the magic for brothers that don’t make gains using their hands. but when they switch to a equipment based routine they start making gains. The best routine that I have ever created uses a combination of both equipment and manual work, SRT is an amazing work out and it bring gains to all who use it consistently. It may look overwhelming at first but it really isn’t, when you just look at the exercises and the equipment use you can see there’s not as much work as it seems. What SRT does is it uses equipment and exercises smarter and and sequences that makes sense. Have a look through the routine and let me know what you think or if you have any questions. Take your time and really take it in because there’s a lot of details it should be understood. SRT gives you the secrets to gaining and healing in the fastest possible way.

When I walk into a session with the mindset of "I am going to have fun, feel good, and make gains in the process" it is a whole different story.

Just like any sport, the mental aspect is on par with the physical...

Same with penis enlargement, different schools of thought exist. I have never seen guys consistently keep gaining going intense with high volume routines .... you need REST, because REST = GROWTH.

Guys who did 7 on for months or years and gained, must have not been so balls to the wall in every session ... they must have eased off at some point.

@dmoney I think its time you switched to an entirely different routine, with just 2-3 exercises in for now.

You cant afford equipment, that is fine .. use your hands, but if you can afford it, please save up for the MOS member paysite, as you get all the videos and great stuff exclusive to MOS members.

If you want help with a routine by all means ask. I have a thread in the newbie section on routines, might help ... you may have used it? DLD newbie routine.

Write a new thread in the newbie section with how much time you got to spare, what you want to target i.e length, girth and all that other shit so I can work something out.

3. Healing

All three of these are equal in their importance to gaining size and the remaining consistent.

You should try an extender. And look for extenders:

*That are cheap (maybe via MOS)
*companies who will give you your MONEY BACK (when there are no gains)
*extenders with a good support in the PE world.


Extender wil bring you slowly to a traction force when you follow their instructions while adding the rods.

So no more exercises that you decide. One day deciding to do more because you feel like it and one day do less and so one. No more of that.

Just follow the instructions and let the stretching do his thing.

I have strong feeling that this is the way for you.

Manually stretches (couple minutes strech and letting the tunica loosen again) vs. Device Stretching (that let's the stretch for 1,5 hours before letting the tunica loos)

Option one will let someone gain. Option to will let another person gain


Maybe you find out that option two is the kind of person you are.

Maybe that's why you haven't included hanging in your routine (I've never done that) but its an 'attacking the tunica 1,5hours before letting loos" exercise. So that's why I think you that kind a guy. The 1,5 lacks in your PE

I haven't a clue about your girth gains why they don't come. But don't be surprised that girth gains are also made with a extender Maybe half of the users did

Visualization is key especially with expressive stretching. I picture that inner penis slowly moving forward like a freight train creeping forward when I do the erect stretches while ok-grip pushing against the pubic bone
(forgot the name for this, but you came up with it ?).

So I've been away, lots of life shit going on, but I've been stretching. Still no growth. The biggest difference are when I take rest days and my eq is back to 100% in the morning. Last month I started taking it a bit easier to see if I was over training. No growth yet. One good thing though is that cutting out beer and switching to liquor has flattened my stomach and I lost 10 lbs of straight fat, so it at least looks bigger. Haha

How much time do you have during the day free that you can dedicate to PE? And do you own any equipment? What is your privacy situation? Let me know these things so let me see what I can do for you as far as writing out a routine and getting the equipment to you that you may need.
 
With my new job, I have 0 privacy and 0 time that I can think of. I just started last Monday, so that might be the end of my pe career for quite some time. The most I might have is an hour. Unless I get lucky and in 2 weeks I'll get to change my schedule which will give me a few hours of alone time.
The only device I've got is a clamp.

It's not the job itself, but the fact that now I work the exact same hours as who I live with, so I almost never have the house to myself. At least, I'm not alone enough to have a solid routine. Hopefully in 2 weeks I'll be back to having a few hours in the morning and at night alone.

Maybe start "fishing" or some other hobby where you can do your PE in the car out in nature. :)
 
If you can get one hour in every day that’s plenty of time to make awesome gains. With no equipment I would rock the Newbie Routine. Perhaps in the future you can get a Phallosan which will deal with your length giving you a whole hour to dedicate to girth. I can help you on your purchase too if money is tight.

And the new routine is a good place for you to be right now just keep yourself consistent and in the game. So let me see what I can do for you and I’ll get back to you. Gaining on PE requires much patience. Its a marathon , not a sprint. Relax and enjoy. But let me be more specific.
For me there are 3 main issues that u may dont gain.

1st. Not enough rest { by this i mean the whole process that ur penis tissues require to recover, this process is so different on ppl to ppl as it comes to biology too, ur physical stape (for example increased blood rate effect by doing jogging or running and some healthy foods helps bring to ur penis the nutrition it needs to heal faster), ur psychology - anxiety, not enough sleep and so on}. PE is like athletics, a good health is required too.

2nd. U may dont do the exercises well

3rd maybe ur penis is not just ready on some intense exercises. A very strong stretch with ur hands till u feel exhausted doesn't mean that u really stretch the tissues*.U must " feel the stretch". A good warm up, keeping anxiety away , trying to relax finding some privacy too will result on relaxing the tissues so u will be able to stretch more without using much effort with ur hands. Just try to stretch slowly till u "feel" the "stretch" u must not feel pain , just a pleasant stretching feeling. Its better to do an efficient little number of stretches feeling the stretch rather do a lot pushing too hard with ur hands. Just as u gain experience u will be able to stretch harder and put more intense routines and exercises, but this has only to do with u and ur penis, we r not all the same. Try to "hear" it and feel it, dont do the exercises like doing a must to do homework, u must enjoy with the exercises and feel good too.

* if ur penis isn't trained enough on PE, by stretching with intense force ur penis has a mechanism to prevent this sudden force by just doing the opposite u are trying to do. (Its the inertia phenomenon too). So u stretch hard and ur penis is trying to keep its initial state so the tissues are not stretched at all.

Just dont rush things , take ur time, relax, keep anxiety away and u will see results.

I've been doing pe off and on for 12 years, so I know how to do things properly for the most part. I could see the overworking being an issue though. Maybe take a decon break then start back with just 30 min of stretching and 15 min of jelqing/girth.
 
This can be an issue dmoney101, we have been doing it for so long we keep the blinkers on.
I for one, have been amazed at the knowledge many less experienced members here have.

Yes that’s correct. Very basic and very simple. I always go back to the newbie routine whenever I come to a plateau or I feel lost. The new B routine gives a great foundation to anyone’s routine. And like you said when things get slow or stop I go back and I rock this routine for a couple of weeks. After a few weeks I suggest incorporating elements from SRT. I would also like you to get the Lengthmaster over the next few months. This will improve your length gains tenfold. And as I said if you have problems of forwarding the Lengthmaster I will do what I can see you can get one.

Maybe try to be super focused go only length for a year.

Or only girth depending on goal.

An hour a day of very serious focused PE for 365days is sure to give results just like if you would suffer from ED for a year the penis would shrink it will grow from that!

I'm about 7x5 so girth was my biggest goal. Girth does the most but length is what shows off most lol.

I have been in similar stretches when it seem like I have ZERO private or free time. There are a few things I would recommend.

1. If you can afford it, invest in a Length Master. Once you get your routine down, it is by far the most effective and efficient stretching tool. Pick up some cheap silicone sleeves too.

2. If you can afford it, get yourself a Bathmate (there are a ton of options to fit any size/need now.) Spend that time in the shower every day getting PE work in. Again - effective and efficient.

3. Look into simple leg strapping devices and uncle jim's wrap. There are lots of low cost methods out there as well - tons of threads here on that.

4. If you live in a fairly warm weather environment and can wear loose clothing, I will hang weights under my sweatpants all day sometimes. I use a silicone sleeve with "vertical stacked" weights for a slim profile.

5. Do bundled stretches and helicopters every time you take a piss - even if just a few.

6. Kegel multiple times a day (we can all do that anywhere).

Above all else, get it clear in your mind that this is possible. If you are an affirmation kind of guy, even saying "I have time for PE today"(or whatever works for you) five times each morning and afternoon can help shift your inner dialogue. Sounds corny, but it works for me...

I'll keep watching here, and if I come up with some more "time hacks" I will be sure to share them.

I like the idea of an exclusive the length workout until you make your final length gains and from that point you can start to gain girth. For some men this just works better this way. I think if you stay super focused on length work you’ll make that goal very quickly. And like I said when you’re ready to grab a LM let me know and I’ll give you best discount possible.

No more than an hour. Go through some of the stretches. Many of the Power Assist can be done with PVC pipe. Find a few stretches that you feel good potential in and keep a list. From there you can create a revolving workout that uses different stretches for each session. Keep things fresh and moving. Worry on the girth when you attain that length!
 
Try bone pressed with one hand while erect and with the other stimulate yourself to keep the erection level , if you dont understand tell DLD to explain you i gained like 0.5" in lenght with this.

I know exaxtly what you mean, but I couldn't maintain 30 minutes of erections while stretching. I'll have to give it a shot. I've done them plenty of times before just never 30 minutes of it.

But I want girth more lol. Getting stretched out is normally reported as feeling even better than getting it deep. I'm like 7x5 so I'm straight on both measurements, I just want the extra size because I like black girls and being known as the big dick white boy is never a bad thing ?

With you I suggest to make a routine that’s flexible that allows you to get in the work wherever you can. I would mix up exercises to keep your penis guessing. I would create routines that was also vary in content. This liberal approach will be beneficial to you with how much experience you have. As unorganized as it sounds, once on paper it will make a lot more sense.

I can fit 20 minutes of clamping into my day for sure. Then I guess I'll start taking bathroom breaks until my supervisor gets pissed lol.

I wish I had kept track of how long I've been back at it. Pretty sure it's been more than 3 months. Lately I've been doing an hour of length work then the next day 30 minutes of clamp work. I was hoping it would help give my body time to heal and grow instead of doing everything every day.

Start today. You’ve only been back at it for three months so just start a new progress thread with all of your new information and we’ll take it from there

Right now I do stretches at every angle, v stretch, mandingo stretch, bundled stretches, and A stretches for an hour. Then the next day I do 2 sets of clamping for 15 minutes.

But how do you know if you have gained or not if you don’t take measurements. Initial measurements are so vital to knowing if we have gains or not. But it’s never too late just take new measurements today and will work with those.
