Yesterday I was streching my penis with my hand and heard a pop on the left side. Now my left testicle is swollen and is painful.
Serious help needed pain in the left testicles and swollen.

Testicle pain is some serious problem..if the pain persist go see a medic dude.

The pop would not be indicative of a testicle injury, more of a ligament being pulled away from the pubic bone. I am not sure what would cause the pain in your testicles unless you stretched them alone and pulled the Vas deferens from the testis, which could happen with too much intesnity while stretching the scrotum.
Probably pulled to hard and hurt your nuts. I would take it easy or it could turn into something like testicular torsion
I said this in another thread but if the Vas Deferens is detached from the testicle you will need to go to a doctor. To check this simply feel your testicle and you should feel a bump where the Vas Def. is attached and the cord will follow upward into your body.
