Is there antone who has experienced sciatica pains as a result of pumping? I always get this pain whenever i pump for 3 to 4 weeks.

This is what has been stopping me from pumping.

Wow that really stinks and I know how painful it is. Maybe try to purchase a pump from my store. It may help, I know it will help with my bank account getting larger.. Or, just go with the SSJ because I invented and see if this causes pain. Curious, how long are you spending in the tube?

Thanks for this DLD i really appreciate your input. I found some sciatica pain relieve exercises on youtube. I intend doing those exercises morning and night while pumping daily.

Maybe it might help to prevent the pain. I will also reduce the time I spend in the pump from 8mins to 5mins.

Have you made girth gains from pumping?

Man, I saw hell in the past because I was doing 10x10x3 and I was using very high pressure. Thank God I still have a functioning penis.

Is it possible that a past injury is being aggravated, causing the sciatica pain? Are you standing while pumping?

I'm a newbie to PE, but I'm in my 40s and I've got a ton of past sports injuries. I've found that when I stand and pump, it slightly aggravates my piriformis muscle resulting in tightness and sciatica.

Lol, I just realized this was necro'd thread. Nevermind.

No past injuries brother. I was pumping with extreme pressure with the bathmate and the session was lasting for too.long.

First of all, welcome, brother.

Past sport injuries tend to cause plenty of sciatica pains, depending on where the injuries occurred. Can you give us more info on the injuries?

Sounds like you injured the spinal areas around the L3 to the S2. Let us know if this assessment is wrong. Possibly some injuries around the inner buttocks, or even a heavy impact around the groin region at one time?

Threads can revisited for further evaluation. A thread tends not to die if there are updates to evaluate the old info with.

Thanks!

Yep, I've got a couple of herniated discs.

I wrestled my whole life, and then transitioned to martial arts. I've taken some nasty throws to the hips, back, neck, etc. I've been kicked, punched, kneed and elbowed a thousand different ways.

Also sustained a terribly catastrophic weightlifting injury in 2019 resulting in a severe abdominal strain, severe strain to my pelvic floor, and a "sports hernia" as the cherry on top.

Well, that will do it.

And this is the icing and cherries on top. Definitely C3 all the way down to the S2. Anything and everything goes here.

Suggestion, and a few of us agreed, when pumping level your body out. No sitting. If even possible lay on your stomach. Weird way to pump, but it can actually be done. Oh, plenty of methods to lay on your stomach while pumping. It's a little freaky but S&M world mastered this kind of kinky approach.

If you don't want to lay on your stomach, lay on your side, on a flat bed. No incline. Reduce all pressure off the spinal cord.

If you have a luxury approach, where there is a spa, massive tub, or a pool to float in, you are one golden child for PE in weightlessness.

I will try laying down, thanks for the suggestion.
