Scalp problems.

I have things on my scalp that I would call pimples but some of them never go away. I end up picking them. I can shave my head with a 3 clip and that will aggravate the scalp and create more but you can't see them unless I go 2 or under.

Although the remedies are dandruff specific, they may also help your condition. I've had the same problem as you from time to time and suspect that bacterial infection was the culprit.
