Sauna question

Hello all I just recently bought a portable infrared sauna which I use in the morning after I take a shower before work to help relax my body since I stand up for 6-8 hours a day, my question is do I have to shower right after I get done using it or could I just dry myself off with a towel and be on my marry way? If someone could answer this question that would be very helpful, I've tried looking this up on google but to no avail < hopefully someone will give me a helping hand thanks.

Quick rinse would be in order, I'd say. I don't have a infrared sauna, but I surely do shower after sauna.
But it's up to you, drying off with a towel is an option, but in my opinion it's the best to at least take a short shower, just to rinse the sweat off. (Even if it's really small amount of sweat.)

Would be a dream to stretch with the LENGTHMASTER 3 in one of these infrared saunas. Just imagine the elongation you would get.

But I believe the MOS-RED is enough. It will speed up your healing time really fast.
