These are AMAZING!!!!!!
I suggest EVERYBODY wanting girth look up the video and do these.
I doing some bundles first to loosen the tunica. I do one stretch twisted to the right for 15 min than to the left for 15 (t.u.t is important)
On days off from girth I do 2 15 min stretches for each side
My temp girth is lovely

I gained 0.5 inches in girth in 5 months instead of 6 months. I don't know if it has anything to do with bundled stretches or not.
