My routine is
10 min workup
10 min bundle streatch
10 min hanging
10 min a stretch
10 min v stretch
10 min mandingo stretch
Edge/ulies 20 min
Wear sizegenetics for 3 to 4 hrs for the rest of the day

What? How long does it take you to make the 2 inch gain? That’s just insane you must feel like 1 million bucks!
 
I thank about 6 yrs but I only used a air pump I know it's for girth but at that time that's all I new there wuz I just new in my mind it would make me longer so I just stuck to it back thin I didn't know you dont post to us it for 1 hr but now I do my best results cam whin I

Edged/ulies for 1 hr +
Lost weight
 
Now that I thank about it when I edged and I couldn't go no more I would do ulies but I would grab the bottom of my shaft and lift up for 15 to 30 sec I thank I was pulling my interal penise out of my body I did this for 6 months every day pumping every other day and I thank the edging helped my recovery from pumping
 
I lost about 40 lbs
This is what I did
I only had I salad a day on lunch break at work
Walked for 20 min to 2 hrs a day

Well you blow my mind dude! Fabulous work and the weight you lost he must feel great! I bet so much more penis a showing now!
 

A whole year, wow, that’s the longest I’ve ever heard somebody waiting to measure. The thing that bothers me about this is what if what you are doing now is not working? How would you know that you need to change to a different workout if you don’t check your gains every three months?
 
True I never thought about that good point
They don’t have to be official measurements but just a loose measurements to know that your routine is working. So I say to measure your girth after every session to be sure you’re getting expansion and to do a bone pressed flaccid stretched measurement once a month to be sure you’re making length gains. Official measurements can be once a year where you make every measurement.
 
Dld i only got 4 hrs to. Commit to pe when i get off work so i can get 8 hrs of sleep and i got 1 hr before i have to go to work. Is 30 min to 1 hr manual workout and 3 to 4 hrs in my extender good to make gains

That is plenty of time to make gains, much more time than most men invest.
 
I was just thinking about something when I was at work today about ligs tunica interal stretches for leanth. Like day 1 focus on ligs day 2 focus on tunica day 3 focus on internal stretches. Kind of like when your at the gym and you work your arms one day chest the next day back on the next day . What do you thank

I absolutely love it! I like how you broke it down into three days attempting to cover three different areas. It’s a very smart routine. Do you plan on doing it three days on one day off? Or do you plan to do it every day?

I love the idea and I saw you posted it somewhere else to also unless I’m mistaken. But I think it’s a very smart way to train if you’re going for a length exclusive routine. It makes a lot of sense in the way of training in the gym also, I feel that vibe. I think you’re going to do very well with this.

I work out every day so yes no days off . I was at work and I was thinking how can I make pe less boring and I thought up this routine so you don't have to do the same routine every day. And I think it keeps you more motivated to keep going just like being apart of this forum & the brotherhood thanks
 
I also do piss pulls at work even on my lunch break because I can't wear my sizegenetics at work believe me I tried it is not fun

I am the same way and that’s a big reason I created SRT because there’s so many different ways you can train using that worked out. If I had to do the same thing every day it will get very boring so it’s smart to have a lot of tools and exercises in your toolbox ready to go if things become mundane. Keeping motivated in PE means keeping things fun and fresh, I am happy that you have realize this.

Yes I am but I always where it upward it's just more comfortable that way and I can stand,sit down, bend over to pick stuff up easy . As long as I'm extended that's all that matters right

Exactly especially with an extender in an upward position as the only thing you can expect from that is to heal in your maximum length. It is very difficult to get a good stretch with an extender in an upward position so it’s not the best for Tunica work but it does work great for healing methods. But I’m sure you already know this. And you are correct all that matters is that your extended for elongated for as long as possible so to heal you gains very quickly.
 
This is why I where a extender at low tension after my workout check this chat out makes sense to me

Thanks I have been thinking about making a day 6 routine kiguls only routine could you help me with that . And I've been thanking about doing a 5 min kigul workout before my other workouts to weekend my pelvic floor muscles to get a even better stretch
