Hey guys just wanted to ask a couple tips because I feel like I'm not doing the exercises correctly. I read the girth program but not sure how much pressure I should be pumping at I read somewhere it should be around 5hg to start. Also wanted to know if I should be fully erect when doing the lengthmaster stretches along with the hanging.
 
You should be completely flaccid when doing lengthmaster work. There are now videos in the main forum you should watch.
 
I would also suggest going with the 5x5x3 for your pumping routine
